About the team

We are a team of QA Engineers responsible for ensuring the highest level of reliability and development quality for UAV systems. Our work focuses on creating gold-standard testing and validation processes for complex engineering solutions in real-world environments.

Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware QA Engineer to join our R&D team and take ownership of system-level testing for tactical UAV platforms. You will work hands-on with hardware, software, and communication interfaces to ensure overall system stability, performance, and reliability both in the lab and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, checklists for embedded solutions;
• Perform diagnostics, defect localization and root cause analysis;
• Work with communication interfaces and protocols as part of system diagnostics and integration;
• Interact with the development team to detect and eliminate errors in a timely manner;
• Improve testing environment and tools;
• Prepare documentation, reports, and provide feedback on product stability and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hardware testing;
• Experience in embedded testing;
• A solid understanding of testing theory (functional, integration, system);
• Knowledge of Linux;
• Experience working with embedded protocols;
• Experience working with test management systems and Git, Jira, Confluence;
• Basic understanding of electronics and laboratory equipment;
• Writing clear test documentation;
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the company’s payment direction by sourcing new payment partners, negotiating terms, and launching effective payment solutions in key regions, with a strong focus on Africa.
 

Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and the expansion of our payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching and attraction new PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
• Conduct market research in the African payments landscape
• Source and evaluate prospective partners aligned with company requirements
• Negotiate commissions, fees, and risk terms
• Align legal, technical, and financial conditions
• Launch new payment methods
• Transfer projects to the integration team and support until production launch
• Coordinate between PSPs, technical teams, and internal departments
• Develop and strengthen existing partnerships
• Renegotiate limits, reduce fees, and introduce new features
• Analyze performance metrics of current PSPs and initiate improvements
• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Propose innovative and alternative payment solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
• Proven experience working with the African region (payments sector)
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, payment method types, and user behavior across different countries (with a focus on Africa)
• Experience negotiating with PSPs
• Experience managing contracts, NDAs, and aligning financial, legal, and technical terms
• Ability to analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, fees, etc.) and propose improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, Slack, WhatsApp, and Teams
• English level - B2+
