Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team and take ownership of day-to-day treasury operations, including payment processing and control, bank account management, financial documentation, and cash flow monitoring.
While the role includes a significant operational component, as you grow into the position, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to budgeting, management reporting, and the automation of financial processes.
Work format: office-based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Review payment requests, including payment details, purpose, supporting documentation, and required approvals.
• Process bank and cryptocurrency payments.
• Work with corporate online banking systems and bank accounts across multiple legal entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Work with contracts, invoices, bank statements, and other payment-related documentation.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, consistent, and updated on time in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with payment initiators and the Finance team regarding payment approval and execution.
• Communicate with banks and payment providers on operational matters.
• Participate in the automation and improvement of treasury processes.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities related to budgeting, budget control, and other Finance team activities.

Requirements:

• 1,5-2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of core treasury operations and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with corporate online banking and bank payments.
• Experience processing cryptocurrency payments and working with crypto wallets.
• Understanding of payment-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Confident Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data processing, and reconciliation.
• Experience with 1C / BAS / BAF would be an advantage.
• Basic English sufficient for working with documents and handling straightforward business correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or a related industry.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and/or jurisdictions.
• Experience working with international banks, EMIs, and payment providers.
• Experience supporting corporate bank account openings and KYC/compliance procedures.
• Exposure to budgeting and management reporting.
