Product Manager - German C1 required (AI product, insurance)

Summary

We're building AI agents that help customers understand and work with insurance policies, with a focus on the German-speaking market. We're looking for a Product Manager who speaks German at C1 level or above to help make sure the product actually works well for German users. 

What you'll do: 

- Review and test our AI agents' answers in German: are they correct, clear and consistent with the actual insurance policies?
- Find where the agents go wrong, write clear feedback and test cases, and prioritise what gets fixed 
- Work directly with our engineers on the agent prompts and the product experience
- Help define what "good quality" means for our product and track it over time.

What we're looking for: 

- German at C1 level or above (required, and please write your application in German or mention your level) 
- Experience in product management, QA, or evaluating AI/LLM outputs 
- A strong eye for detail and comfort giving direct, structured feedback 
- Insurance or financial services knowledge is a plus, but not      required
