This is not a “campaign optimization” role. You will work on the core decision-making systems (DSP level) — where pricing, bidding, pacing, and experimentation interact in real time across billions of events per day.

The Role

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and/or develop SAP modules according to project needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP (any module: e.g., HCM, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP consulting or development
• Good understanding of business processes and system integration
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help scale execution and bring more structure to how the company operates.

This is a role for someone who can take ambiguity, bring structure, and ensure that the most important initiatives actually get delivered.

What you’ll focus on first

• Turning ambiguity into clear priorities and execution plans

What you’ll do

• Turn strategic ideas into clear, executable plans
• Drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Operations
• Act as the execution layer between CEO and leadership team
• Lead critical cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Introduce structure where today there is mostly manual coordination
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure decisions are translated into clear priorities and executed effectively across the organization
• Over time, introduce more structured performance management practices, including:
  • QBRs
  • performance reviews
  • leadership accountability
     

Your first 30 days

• Join key meetings and understand how the company operates

Who you are

You have 4–7 years of experience and at least one of the following:

• Background in management consulting (Big 4 or strategy boutique)
• Experience as:
  • Chief of Staff
  • Operations Lead
  • or #2 in a 100–300 person SaaS company
• Proven experience running cross-functional projects (product + sales + ops)
   

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B SaaS
• Experience in remote/distributed teams
• Involvement in go-to-market initiatives
• previous experience as Former founder or co-founder

We are looking for a AI Engineer to help us build and scale AI features in our e-commerce platform and develop LLM-based solutions in production.

What you will do:

• Design and develop RAG pipelines to work with internal data (product catalog, customer data, operational data)
• Build AI agents to automate business workflows (customer support, merchandising, order processing)
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into existing services and microservice-based architecture
• Work on fine-tuning / adapting models for domain-specific tasks
• Define and improve approaches to evaluation, prompt engineering, and response quality
• Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost, and performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI features

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 1–2+ years of practical experience in AI/LLM (must have)
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, prompt engineering)
• Understanding of embeddings and semantic search principles
• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, or similar)
• Strong Python skills for AI/ML-related tasks
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

• English level: B2 (must be able to communicate fluently during client interviews) and fluency in Ukrainian

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
• Practical experience evaluating LLM systems
• Experience with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.)
• Experience optimizing AI systems in production
• Experience in the e-commerce domain
