Manage day-to-day delivery of web scraping and data collection projects.

Coordinate scraper developers, tech leads, QA/data validation, and client-facing stakeholders.

Translate project requirements into clear tasks for the development team.

Track progress, priorities, blockers, risks, and delivery dates.

Ensure that tasks are properly prepared before developers start work.

Make sure completed work passes internal validation before delivery.

Maintain clear status updates in project management tools such as Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, or similar.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in clear English.

Escalate blockers early and suggest practical solutions.

Help improve delivery processes, QA checklists, onboarding flows, and reporting.

Support capacity planning as the team scales.

Work closely with technical leads to balance speed, quality, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

Ecperience with data scraping projects

3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Product Operations Manager, QA Lead, Support Engineer, or similar role.

Strong spoken and written English.

Ability to work with technical teams and understand technical discussions.

Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS selectors, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, browser behavior.

Experience managing multiple tasks/projects in parallel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent delivery timelines.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

Strong ownership mindset: you follow through until the work is delivered.

Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and professionally.

Availability to work US hours or significant overlap with US business hours.

Nice to Have

Experience with web scraping, data extraction, data pipelines, or web automation.

Experience with Bright Data, Apify, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, Scrapy, or similar tools.

Experience working with distributed teams in Eastern Europe, LATAM, or globally.

Experience in AI data projects, datasets, data enrichment, or market intelligence.

QA or data validation background.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Experience working with high-volume operational delivery.

Responsibilities may include:
- Working on SAP IS-U / SAP Utilities implementations, support, or enhancements within energy companies.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand energy sector processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Supporting ongoing system improvements and ensuring stability of SAP Utilities environments.
- Communicating with German-speaking stakeholders on a business level (B2/B1+), occasionally switching to English when needed.
- Contributing expertise in specific niches within the energy sector where applicable.

Must-haves:
- Experience with SAP IS-U / SAP Utilities.
- Background in the energy sector or a specific niche within it.
- German language skills at minimum B1+/B2 level, with ability to communicate in a business environment.
- Ability to work in German-speaking environments with occasional English communication.
