Your mission

Take full ownership of quality as a system, not a phase.
You will transform QA from a supporting function into a company-wide quality engineering discipline, driving process maturity, security awareness, and automation-first culture.

What you will actually do:

— Own and evolve QA strategy at the company level:

THE ROLE

You will be the analytical owner of your product domain- turning data into decisions for Product, R&D, Operations, and Business teams. Day to day, you will work hands-on in SQL and BI tools, partner closely with PMs and engineers, and help shape the strategic direction of the product through evidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own all analytical aspects of your assigned product domains.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, and monitor the integrity and validity of the data behind them

• 4+ years in a Product / Data / Business / Operations Analyst role in a data-rich environment 
• Current position MUST be an analyst role at a tech company (no finance, banking, or insurance backgrounds) 
• Excellent SQL - daily, hands-on query writing. This is not a role where SQL is occasional; expect to live in it.
• Strong verbal English (B2+ or higher). You will present findings to PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders directly in English every week - fluency matters.
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to deliver the results of an analysis clearly, concisely, and confidently 

• Proven experience using AI tools in your analytics workflow (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for query generation, data exploration, or summarization)

About the role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Payments Platform team, you'll build scalable, high-performance frontend infrastructure and user experiences that power payment flows for global merchants. You'll work closely with product, design, backend, and customer-facing teams to ship reliable, elegant, developer-friendly solutions used across multiple products and integrations. The role combines strong product thinking with engineering excellence — from building reusable UI systems and SDKs to optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability across our platform.

The Role

You'll build and operate the systems that deliver Forager's data to platform customers at scale: customer-facing apps, large-scale data pipelines, and search infrastructure. These are the surfaces our customers evaluate us on during competitive bakeoffs and rely on every day in production. You'll own end-to-end implementation across the stack — design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate.

Collaboration & Quality

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years building and operating production web applications and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Python / Django and React / TypeScript .
• Hands-on experience operating Elasticsearch at scale — schema design, query tuning, cluster management.
• Production experience with PostgreSQL , Redis , and async task systems ( Celery / RabbitMQ or equivalent).

• Judgment about where AI helps vs. hurts — knowing when to delegate to an agent, when to write the code yourself, and how to keep an agent on rails for production work.

Основні задачі
Продуктова стратегія: Формування та захист стратегії розвитку продуктового портфоліо перед стейкхолдерами; визначення пріоритетів і плану розвитку по кожному треку.
Roadmap-менеджмент: Управління високорівневим продуктовим roadmap по всіх продуктах — від модулів автономності до систем керування флотом; синхронізація між командами.

Our Video Streaming team develops core streaming functionality for embedded smart cameras and other IoT devices. Our codebase and daily tasks are heavily focused on C++ (up to 95%), utilizing modern standards (primarily C++17). We focus on new feature integration, performance optimization, and deep debugging, while also analyzing device metrics to resolve complex customer experience issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled C++ Video Streaming Engineer to develop and improve software for smart cameras. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing low-latency video streaming solutions that enable reliable, bidirectional communication. Your goal will be to ensure seamless video transmission across diverse and challenging network conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Design, implement, and optimize embedded video streaming solutions using modern C++ for smart cameras.
— Develop and maintain clean, efficient C++17 code for embedded Linux (user-space) and RTOS applications.
— Design and maintain robust streaming pipelines and services tailored for resource-constrained IoT devices.
— Optimize media delivery for low-latency and resilience against network jitter or packet loss.
— Follow Agile methodologies, actively participate in code and architecture reviews, and write technical documentation.
— Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Hardware, QA, BE) to ensure system integration.

Qualifications and Skills

— At least 5+ years of commercial experience in embedded development with a strong focus on modern C++ (C++17 is a must); experience with Python as an auxiliary language is a plus.
— Proven track record in developing/supporting Linux-based (user-space) and/or RTOS-based embedded systems.
— Practical experience with UDP/TCP-based communication and a solid understanding of the TCP/IP stack and WLAN.
— Familiarity with video streaming protocols (e.g., RTSP, RTP), libraries (e.g., GStreamer), and encoding technologies (e.g., H.264, H.265/HEVC, AAC).
— Basic understanding of embedded system security, data encryption, and secure streaming (e.g., SRTP, TLS).
— Strong grasp of software engineering principles, clean code practices, and the full SDLC.
— Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
— At least an Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B2).
