Product Owner (Head)

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team

Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy and product vision for a complex Regtech platform.

- Transform complex technical capabilities into a clear, marketable product with a compelling value proposition.

- Define product positioning for regulators across different countries and jurisdictions.

- Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements.

- Work directly with government agencies and regulatory stakeholders to understand their needs and decision-making processes.

- Design and drive integration strategy with government registries, tax systems, sanctions databases, and other external data sources.

- Collaborate closely with engineering on product architecture, APIs, and technical requirements.

- Prioritize product initiatives and drive delivery in a highly autonomous environment.

- Create product documentation, specifications, and user flows.

- Take full ownership of the product without relying on an established product organization.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in complex software products.

- Experience with payment systems, AML/KYC, or financial compliance solutions.

- Experience with High-load, FinTech, RegTech, or GovTech platforms.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry or other regulated sectors.
- Experience working with government organizations or highly regulated industries.

- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and real-time architectures.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.

- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
