Key Responsibilities

BC Functional Expertise

• Manufacturing: BOMs, production orders, routings, subcontracting, costing
• Advanced WMS: bin-level inventory, directed put-away/pick, warehouse flows, tally/variable UOM
• Sales & Pricing: multi-tier price lists, approval workflows, customer-specific pricing
• Purchasing: 3-way match, multi-currency, landed cost (ISV preferred)
• US Finance: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, 1099, FX gain/loss

Delivery Ownership

• Lead design workshops and drive decision closure
• Own data migration (templates, cleansing, test loads, validation)
• Coordinate ISVs (WMS, Avalara, landed cost, integrations)
• Deliver user training across business functions
• Maintain functional documentation (FDD)

QA (if included)

• Write scenario-based UAT test cases with expected results
• Manage BC sandbox environments and test cycles
• Bug triage (P1–P3)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to drive the design and evolution of scalable, cloud-native solutions within a distributed microservices environment. This role requires a strong architectural mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to bridge business needs with technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and transform them into solution designs, use cases, data models, and system integration concepts.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective software architectures that support long-term business goals.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to define cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies following cloud-native principles.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, conduct architecture reviews, and guide key technical decisions.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate architecture initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, clearly communicating architectural decisions and their impact.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Software Architect role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing distributed, cloud-native systems based on microservices architecture.
• Strong expertise with AWS and Kubernetes ecosystems.
• Solid experience designing secure systems, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), encryption mechanisms, and compliance-focused architectures.
• Hands-on background in Java Enterprise development and Spring Framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of how software architecture interacts with infrastructure and hardware environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural direction across teams.
