Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer;
• Experience in mass/high-volume recruitment;
• Fluent Russian and conversational level (B1+) in one of the following languages: English, Uzbek, Spanish, French;
• Experience handling a large flow of candidates without losing quality or speed;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Responsibility, results-orientation, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stress resistance;
• Confident PC skills, experience with ATS systems, Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates for support specialist positions and operational roles in a mass-hiring format;
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to the candidate's start date;
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews;
• Manage 10+ positions open at the same time;
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers: identify needs, provide regular feedback on pipeline status;
• Maintain reporting on the hiring pipeline and key metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion rates, etc.);
• Keep the candidate database up to date.
