Service Delivery Manager

Mantah is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery, optimize processes, and ensure effective collaboration across international software projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Pre-selling Security. 
• Delivering Security Services. 
• Developing the Practice. 

Must-haves:  

• Experience of Delivery Management for 3+ years. 
• Experience with pre-sales: scoping, SOWs, proposal input for security services (pentest, GRC, SOC). 
• Familiarity with security service lines: penetration testing, phishing simulation, GRC audits, SOC operations. 
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business development. 
• Prior experience in outsourcing/MSP business models. 
• Technical background. 
• Level of English – from Advanced and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience managing service delivery for cybersecurity or MSSP practices. 
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001). 
• Technical security background.
