We are a product IT company Disc Soft Ltd. For more than 20 years, we have been developing and promoting software for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.

Our new project is about creating new portable solution, which runs on embedded hardware and will not depend on PC and its operating system.

We are already working on our own firmware and have some code running on official ESP32-P4-Function-EV-Board from Espressif.

    About the role:

We’re looking for a hardware engineer to design a prototype board for our upcoming product. The board will be based on Espressif’s ESP32-P4 SoC and will include multiple USB ports, Ethernet, Bluetooth, an SPI display, status LEDs, and several user buttons.

Scope covers the full hardware development cycle: schematics, PCB layout, BOM/DFM for PCBA, support during prototyping and bring-up, and assistance through mass production launch, including support for future revisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schematic capture and Multilayer PCB layout design.
    • Integration of USB interfaces and USB hubs, power supply circuit design.
    • Preparation of a complete manufacturing documentation package (Gerber, BOM, Pick&Place/CPL).
    • Interaction with contract manufacturers (JLCPCB and similar), resolving DFM issues.
    • Initial bring-up, hardware debugging, and collaboration with the Firmware Developer and QA team.

    Requirements (Must Have):

    • Deep knowledge of ESP32 hardware design (strapping pins/bootstrap modes, power requirements, and PCB antennas/RF layout).
    • Experience in high-speed interface routing: USB (differential pairs, impedance control, ESD protection).
    • Experience in designing power systems (DC-DC, LDO) with load calculation (Power Budget) for external peripherals.
    • Understanding of automated assembly processes (PCBA) and BOM preparation (selection of available components).

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with schematic implementation of USB hubs (using chips like SL2.1A, GL850G, FE1.1s).
    • Proficiency in KiCad or EasyEDA (for seamless integration with our processes).

    Conditions:

    • Remote work.
    • Interesting project-based employment with the prospect of long-term cooperation for product support.
    • Stable income
    • Democratic corporate culture

With 80+ specialists, international projects, and consistent year-over-year growth, we continue to scale globally.

We build an environment where marketing is not just about β€œdriving traffic”, but about real, measurable impact on business growth.
As our team expands, we’re looking for a Brand & Communications Lead

    Key responsibilities

    • Building and developing NeedMyLink communications ecosystem across US / EN / UA markets, focusing on brand awareness, share of voice, partnerships, and inbound leads.
    • Managing content strategy and distribution across key channels: Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram as a supporting channel.
    • Creating a consistent messaging framework and tone of voice while working with multiple public experts and spokespeople inside the company.
    • Planning and executing collaborations across content platforms, webinars, events, and communities as a way to achieve business goals rather than standalone activities.
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, industry experts, media, and communities through digital PR and networking.
    • Developing and scaling partnership and referral programs together with marketing and sales teams.
    • Organizing and supporting expert participation in conferences, webinars, AMA sessions, online meetups, and other industry events, including sponsorship and networking opportunities.
    • Managing content production and execution through contractors and partners, ensuring clear briefs, strong quality, and timely delivery.
    • Tracking the effectiveness of communication activities and adjusting strategy based on brand visibility, engagement, leads, and partnerships.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in communications, brand, content marketing, or PR within B2B (tech or adjacent industries is a strong plus).
    • Ability to build and manage a communications system, not just individual channels.
    • Hands-on experience with content strategy and distribution across multiple channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and a solid understanding of PESO logic.
    • Proven experience working with collaborations and partnerships: identifying opportunities, negotiating, launching joint activities, and driving measurable outcomes (leads, partnerships, visibility).
    • Experience in digital PR and relationship building with media, communities, podcasts, and industry experts.
    • Ability to work with multiple internal experts and public voices, helping structure messaging, topics, and formats while preserving each individual’s voice.
    • Strong project management skills: task setting, contractor management (copywriting, design, video), quality control, timelines, and basic budgeting.
    • Data-informed mindset: ability to evaluate communication effectiveness through reach, engagement, inbound leads, partnerships, and share of voice.
    • English proficiency at B2, sufficient for working with English-language content and partners in US/EN markets.

    Nice to have:

    • Understanding of the link building niche and/or solid knowledge of SEO as an industry (work experience or strong domain exposure).
    • Hands-on experience with SEO, link building, or digital marketing products and services, especially in B2B environments.
    • Experience attending or representing a company at major industry conferences and events (e.g. SIGMA, SEO-focused conferences, marketing summits), including networking and partnership building.
    • Experience launching or scaling YouTube channels, particularly English-language educational or expert-driven formats.
    • Experience working with the US market, including media landscape, tone of voice, and audience expectations.
    • Background in conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and community-driven initiatives.

    • What we offer:
    • Remote format - work from anywhere
    • Flexible start to the working day (9:00–11:00), we value work-life balance
    • Training + mentoring (we pass on real expertise)

    • Clear career growth trajectory and the opportunity to influence your income
    • Cool branded merchandise and warm offline corporate events in Dnipro
    • Young, energetic team - trendy memes in chats as part of the work culture
    • A team that offers freedom at work, openness to ideas, and trust in employees’ decisions

We are the team with whom you will want to grow and achieve truly ambitious goals!

Excellent frontend skills are a must-have. Day-to-day work includes building and owning features end-to-end, primarily using React (Typescript, MUI)Node.js (TypeScript), and Python.

On the backend, the engineer is expected to work at a high level with both Python and Node.js (TypeScript, NestJS). The role involves maintaining and developing new features across multiple services (Python and TypeScript-based), database schema design and changes (PostgreSQL), and working with Kafka and Redis.

    What you’ll do:

    • Full-stack feature ownership:  Primarily focused on React UI development, including building clean, reusable components within the design system, well-structured custom hooks, and end-to-end backend/API delivery.
    • Core implementation areas: CRUD flows, PostgreSQL database work and Schema changes with SQLAlchemy (Python) and TypeORM (NestJS).
    • Production-grade engineering: monitoring, debugging, performance optimization, and handling incidents/issues in real environments.
    • Architecture work: designing systems or significantly evolving existing architectures with clear trade-off thinking (performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability).

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Core Languages: React, Node.js (TypeScript), Python.
    • Frontend: React, MUI, react-hook-form, react-query, Storybook, Playwright.
    • Backend & API: Node.js (TypeScript), Python, NestJS, Redis, Kafka, AWS SQS & SNS, AWS S3.
    • Database & Storage: PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Nest Repositories and TypeORM.
    • Testing Standards: PyTest, Vitest, Playwright.
    • Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes.
    • Strong understanding of scalable systems and software architecture.
    • Ability to mentor professionally mid- level developers.
    • Prior startup experience (will be a strong advantage).
    • Ownership of features end-to-end.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Advanced English proficiency.

    Nice to have:

    • Technical curiosity and interest in cybersecurity are a strong bonus.

    What we offer:

    • A really promising long-lasting project (you will be proud of yourself).
    • Sane and polite, but effective management.
    • The best corporate culture (according to our teammates' opinions).
    • Competitive salary and other stuff.
    • Remote work, full time.
    • Becoming not just another team member, but a part of UKAD with unique value and long-term relationships.

Some facts about UKAD to help you make a decision:
During 2022-2025, we only increased cooperation with our foreign partners.

UKAD combines benefits of family-sized companies, like no bureaucracy, easy access to the executives, with sustainable growth and vast opportunities.
Our company is strong enough to be not just a vendor but a tech partner. We can afford to choose customers that respect developers.
UKAD is one of the leading employers in Kharkiv, according to DOU.
