As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are in search of Partnership Manager. The mission is to develop and scale commercial partnerships that generate predictable revenue, working within a structured partnership framework and closely integrated with sales and operations.
This role focuses on building long-term, commercially effective relationships that consistently contribute to EverHelp’s growth.
Your future responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage commercial partnerships, owning the relationship from onboarding to long-term growth.
- Act as the primary business development and relationship owner for key partners and stakeholders.
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle: partner sourcing, initial outreach, negotiations, commercial terms alignment, partnership launch and further relationship management.
- Coordinate partnership launches, including contracts, workflows, materials, and lead handover to the sales team.
- Maintain and manage the partner CRM, tracking pipeline performance, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Build and continuously improve partnership processes, including partner pipeline structure, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Represent EverHelp in joint activities with partners (events, workshops, career fairs) when relevant to business goals.
Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance to internal stakeholders.
Needed experience & skills:
- 2 year + experience working in large, structured organizations (BPO, SaaS, IT services, or similar) with mature partnership or sales processes.
- Ability to conduct business negotiations in English (minimum B2 level).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).

We’re introducing this role to ensure that customer insight, product design, and user experience are deeply embedded into how product decisions are made — not added after delivery.This role is about shaping how customers experience Solidgate end-to-end — from first demo to daily usage and long-term value.
What You Will Own
— Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
— Design as a system, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
— Customer insight & feedback loop: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
— UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives, ensuring product clarity and consistency
— Experience-driven roll-out of new features: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
— Close collaboration with Product Managers to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
— Leadership of the Product Design function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
— Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in a fintech environment

— Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
— Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as the company scales

Role Overview:
The Solution Architect plays a critical role in defining and executing the organization’s technical strategy across IT infrastructure and software solutions. This position ensures that all technology solutions are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with business processes. Working closely with IT teams, business units, and senior stakeholders, the Solution Architect aligns technology decisions with business objectives, driving innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
This role does not have direct or indirect people management responsibilities and does not carry direct budget ownership but has significant influence on architectural decisions and technology investments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution or systems architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions.

Project Oversight (≈20%)
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs to ensure compliance with approved blueprints and standards.
- Provide guidance and architectural support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Innovation & Technology Strategy (≈15%)
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of new technologies that deliver measurable business value.
- Contribute to long-term IT strategy and modernization initiatives.Documentation & Standards (≈15%)
- Establish and maintain architecture documentation, principles, and standards.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.
Independently makes decisions on:
- Architectural designs and solution standards
