Senior Product Owner (AI/ML) to $7000

Full Remote Β· Countries of Europe or Ukraine Β· 4 years of experience Β· English - C1

    Company overview:

Graphio.ai stops revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

We analyze API-enabled metadata from your existing systems to automatically identify when Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations are misaligned - before deals stall, renewals fail, or contracts slip.

No workflow changes. Fast rollout in less than 2 days.

AI learns what successful execution looks like in your company and alerts you to dangerous deviations in real time.

We’ve built and scaled before: the team behind Graphio.ai previously built upSWOT, a B2B platform adopted by hundreds of financial institutions, which was later acquired by Uptiq.  We’re applying those lessons in execution, delivery, and scale to Graphio.ai.

Supported by senior leaders from Experian, Mastercard, Lattice, BambooHR, Altrata, SAP, JackHenry, FIS, Pfizer, Workday, Customertimes, and more (graphio.ai/investors).

    Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner (AI/ML) - Workflow Intelligence who can combine strong product ownership with senior-level analytical rigor.

You will own a core slice of Graphio.ai end-to-end: system connection experience, metadata collection and processing, automatic ideal workflow (golden path) generation, deviation detection, and weekly/monthly reporting delivered to a single accountable owner. At the same time, you will operate hands-on as a senior product analyst: defining metadata requirements, deviation criteria, evaluation and monitoring, and the test scenarios that keep model behavior stable and product-ready.

This role is rooted in workflow-driven B2B SaaS execution, where cross-team handoffs determine whether deals move forward, renewals succeed, and contracts get signed on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the product backlog and execution for workflow intelligence: prioritize, define scope, drive delivery, and ship improvements with clear success criteria.
    • Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to define how the system automatically discovers and constructs the ideal workflow (golden path / best-performing execution pattern) from API-enabled metadata - including inputs, assumptions, and expected outputs.
    • You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your job is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
    • Translate customer process reality into modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how β€œsuccessful execution” is determined at scale.
    • Define metadata-first data requirements: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
    • Specify deviation definitions and prioritization: missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how severity is ranked.
    • Own the user-facing experience for reviewing and editing the ideal workflow: allow customers to add/remove steps and adjust what β€œgood execution” means, while preserving a reliable baseline generated by the system.
    • Own weekly/monthly reporting and alerting: what insights are surfaced, how they are explained, and how reports/alerts are delivered to the accountable owner (a specific responsible person).
    • Establish evaluation, monitoring, and quality gates for model-driven behavior: misses vs false alarms, consistency of the generated ideal workflow, drift signals, lead time gained, and actionability tied to revenue outcomes.
    • Run investigations for accuracy issues: analyze why the system generated an incorrect ideal workflow or missed a deviation, propose improvements, and validate fixes through regression checks.
    • Maintain a library of reference workflows and test scenarios that represent common cross-team handoff patterns and failure modes, and use it for regression coverage across releases.
    • Align stakeholders and drive clarity: convert ambiguous asks into decisions, keep execution moving without heavy process, and ensure releases are understandable and actionable for end users.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles, or in senior product business analysis roles with real product ownership scope.
    • Experience shipping AI/ML-enabled features in B2B SaaS where model behavior directly impacts users and decisions.
    • Strong background working with event-based data and operational systems (CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
    • Comfort defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
    • Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (handoffs, cycle time, variants, bottlenecks).
    • Strong analytical discipline: defining evaluation criteria, monitoring misses vs false alarms, and connecting model output to business outcomes.
    • Strong written communication, ability to drive decisions, and comfort operating in ambiguity with a small high-ownership team.
    • Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling environments where you owned problems end-to-end and shipped iteratively.

    What we offer:

    • A combined role with real ownership: product decisions + analytical depth, with direct influence on core workflow intelligence.
    • Close collaboration with the Machine Learning Engineer and Software Engineers to ship - not just plan.
    • Clear success criteria: higher actionability, fewer false alarms, fewer missed deviations, better weekly/monthly reports, faster time-to-value.
    • Fast feedback loops using real customer workflows (metadata only).
    • Exposure to cross-team execution patterns across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations.
    • Remote-friendly team with a simple setup and low overhead.
    • Competitive compensation and room to grow as the product and team scale.

    Company Operating Requirements:

At Graphio.ai we run a high-ownership, mission-driven team with clear operating rules. Please read these carefully before applying:

    • LinkedIn profile is required (company policy). Employees are required to keep a current LinkedIn profile that shows their Graphio.ai position and is linked to the official Graphio.ai company page (company logo visible on the profile). Profile standards are provided during onboarding.
    • Synchronized team vacations. The team takes coordinated time off four times per year to keep planning aligned and reduce context switching. Dates are announced in advance.
    • Startup constraints. Vacation timing may be restricted during critical company periods. We plan time off as a team and communicate constraints early.
    • Relocation readiness. Team members may reside in Ukraine, but must be prepared to relocate with their families to Europe or the United States if the company requests it and it becomes legally possible. Any relocation would be discussed in advance.
    • Non-standard schedule. The role requires flexibility to collaborate across time zones. This may occasionally include early/late meetings depending on customer and team needs.
    • US Eastern Time (ET) collaboration. This role requires regular overlap with US East Coast (ET) working hours. You must be comfortable running meetings, follow-ups, and execution in that time zone.
    • Zero slow offboarding. We run lean and fast. When the fit isn’t there, we act quickly: employment may be ended within a day and access is removed immediately.

Application requirement: short intro video (required):

Please include a short self-introduction video (2–5 minutes). You can add the link directly to your resume or submit it through the hiring platform in any available way (YouTube, Loom, Google Drive, or similar).

    • No need for a polished production, a simple smartphone recording is perfectly fine.
    • This does not replace live conversations, it only helps us speed up the first screening and understand your communication style and motivation.
    • In the video, please cover:
      • Who you are and 2–3 measurable outcomes you delivered in recent roles
      • Why you are applying for this role at Graphio.ai
      • Why you are leaving or have left your previous role
      • Your view on how a high-ownership startup team should operate (pace, ownership, communication, and work-life balance expectations)
    • Applications without the video may not be reviewed.

    Final note:

Graphio.ai is not a 9-to-5 corporate environment. We move fast, operate with high ownership, and expect proactive execution without micromanagement. Graphio.ai is a strong fit for people who actively seek challenges for personal growth - especially those who want to build their own company one day and see this as a place to learn how high-performing startups execute.

We are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst (AI/ML) to help us build a polished, user-ready product experience around Graphio.ai’s core mission: stopping revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

In this role, you will translate complex cross-functional execution problems into clear product requirements, data definitions, and measurable validation criteria. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to define what β€œsuccessful execution” looks like for customers, turn that into reliable detection and alerting behavior, and continuously improve signal quality using API-enabled metadata from existing systems.

This role is rooted in B2B SaaS execution workflows, where multiple teams and systems must stay aligned for deals, renewals, and contracts to move smoothly. Your work will directly impact how accurately Graphio.ai detects misalignment early, how actionable the alerts are, and how fast customers see value after launch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with Engineering and Machine Learning to ensure modeling outputs are product-ready: stable, consistent across updates, and understandable enough for the end user to act on.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience building or supporting AI/ML-enabled B2B SaaS products, especially where models drive user-visible workflows and decisions.
    • Hands-on experience working with event-based data and operational systems (for example: CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
    • Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (workflow reconstruction, handoffs, cycle time, bottlenecks, variants).
    • Experience defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, and data quality rules.
    • Background in designing evaluation and monitoring for model-driven product behavior (false positives/negatives, consistency, drift, and business impact).
    • Exposure to LLM-powered features (structured prompting, quality criteria, safety constraints, and human review loops), with a product mindset rather than research focus.
    • Ability to create and manage reference scenarios and test libraries that represent real enterprise workflows and edge cases.
    • Comfort collaborating across Product, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams in an agile environment, with strong written documentation skills.
    • Experience working in workflow-heavy domains such as Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Finance Operations, or Project Delivery.
    • Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling environments where you owned problems end-to-end and shipped iteratively.

    What we offer:

    • A role where you actually own a meaningful slice of the product (how the ideal workflow is defined, how deviations are detected and explained, how reports work).
    • Close, practical collaboration with the Machine Learning Engineer and Software Engineers to ship improvements - not just write specs.
    • Clear success criteria: fewer false alarms, fewer missed deviations, better weekly/monthly reports, faster time-to-value for customers.
    • A fast feedback loop: you’ll work with real customer workflows (metadata only), learn what breaks, fix it, and see results quickly.
    • Exposure to real cross-team execution in companies: Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations - and how handoffs impact revenue.
    • Remote-friendly team with a simple setup and low overhead.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design the product experience that turns complex workflow intelligence into clear, trustworthy actions for busy operators.

Graphio.ai reconstructs cross-team workflows from API-enabled metadata, automatically generates an ideal workflow (golden path), detects deviations that signal broken handoffs, and delivers weekly/monthly reporting to a single accountable owner. Your job is to make this feel obvious: what the system found, why it matters, what to do next, and how to tune it - all without overwhelming the user.

This is a B2B SaaS product used by senior operators. The bar is high for clarity, speed, and confidence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own end-to-end product design from discovery to final UI, including interaction design, visual design, and developer-ready handoff.
    • Design core experiences for workflow intelligence: ideal workflow (golden path) review, deviation exploration, prioritization, and weekly/monthly reporting.
    • Make complex output understandable and trustworthy: design explanations, decision support, and β€œwhat changed / what to do now” flows that drive action.
    • Partner closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to turn model outputs into user-ready experiences and to iterate quickly.
    • Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, patterns, guidelines) to keep the product consistent and fast to build.
    • Lead user research in a pragmatic way: interviews, usability tests, and lightweight validation with operators to uncover confusion, friction, and adoption blockers.
    • Design onboarding and first-time experience flows that support fast rollout and short time-to-value, without workflow changes.
    • Use product data and qualitative feedback to identify drop-offs, iterate on UX, and improve engagement with reports and alerts.
    • Ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices (WCAG-aligned where applicable) across core workflows and reporting views.
    • Raise the overall quality bar: establish design principles for clarity, actionability, and trust in AI-driven insights.
    • Mentor and support other designers as the team grows (when applicable).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, analytics, workflow tools, or data-heavy products.
    • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking: problem framing, exploration, trade-offs, and shipped outcomes.
    • Experience designing for complex data, decision-support, or β€œinsights-to-action” products (not just dashboards).
    • Strong systems thinking: ability to turn messy workflows into clear information architecture and interactions.
    • Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems).
    • Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and iterating quickly in a startup environment.
    • Understanding of accessibility, usability best practices, and how to design for busy operators.
    • Nice to have: familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS), design for enterprise settings, and experience with AI-assisted product experiences.

    What we offer:

    • Ownership of core product surfaces where customers experience the value of Graphio.ai (ideal workflow review/editing, deviations, reporting).
    • Tight collaboration with Product, Machine Learning, and Engineering with fast iteration cycles and clear feedback loops.
    • A chance to design for clarity in a complex domain where good UX directly drives business outcomes.
    • Growth into design leadership: as the company scales, you will have the opportunity to help hire, mentor, and lead a growing team of product designers, shaping our design culture, standards, and system.
    • Remote-friendly team with low overhead and high trust.
    • Competitive compensation and room to grow as the product and team scale.

    Company Operating Requirements:

At Graphio.ai we run a high-ownership, mission-driven team with clear operating rules. Please read these carefully before applying:

    • Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
    • Startup experience or proven ability to move fast without heavy process.
    • Experience with Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

    What we offer:

    • A practical growth role on real backend services used by customers, with clear feedback and mentorship from senior engineers.
    • Work on meaningful product flows: metadata processing, workflow intelligence outputs, and reporting/alerts.
    • A startup environment with low bureaucracy and fast iteration - you ship, learn, and improve quickly.
    • Remote-friendly team with a simple setup and high trust.
    • Competitive compensation (based on level) and growth opportunities as the team scales.

    About the Product:

They build one of the most trusted AI order-taking systems for drive-thrus, designed specifically for high-volume QSR environments and built to scale. Their AI consistently delivers over 93% order completion and 96% accuracy, enabling faster, error-free service across thousands of locations.

Their platform gives brands full control over scripts, upsells, and voice, while allowing franchisees to easily adapt menus, limited-time offers, and regional variations. Built-in labor optimization reduces employee stress and turnover, saves hours of labor every day, and significantly improves the guest experience.

They are growing rapidly and operate the largest number of voice-AI drive-thru deployments in the market, competing directly with both big tech and restaurant technology leaders.

They are now looking for a Staff Engineer to join their Infrastructure team and help shape the backbone of a highly complex, real-time system at scale.

    About the Role:

As a Staff Engineer, you will operate at a high level of ownership and impact, working on systems that are already live in production and used at massive scale.

    You will:

    • Own and evolve critical parts of the core backend infrastructure -a real-time, distributed system written in Python and Rust
    • Lead large technical initiatives end-to-end with minimal guidance
    • Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity, complex production issues
    • Continuously improve development velocity while maintaining exceptionally high reliability standards

    Why You Should Apply

This role is ideal for engineers who want real technical ownership, not just influence on paper.

    By joining them, you will:

    • Work on mission-critical, real-time systems deployed at massive scale
    • Tackle hard infrastructure problems involving networking, performance, concurrency, and reliability
    • Have genuine autonomy to design, build, and ship impactful solutions
    • Compete technically with top-tier big tech systems while retaining startup-level speed
    • Influence architecture decisions that directly affect thousands of real-world locations
    • Be part of a team that values deep technical excellence, resilience, and ownership

If you’re looking for a role where your experience truly matters - and where the problems are genuinely difficult - this is it.

    Qualifications

    • BSc in Software Development or equivalent industry experience
    • Previous experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in a startup environment
    • 10+ years of Python development experience
    • Strong experience with Python Asyncio
    • Excellent software design and architecture skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Significant experience with at least one strongly typed language (Rust, C++, Go, Swift, Java, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of networking protocols and operating systems
    • Deep expertise in Python profiling and performance optimization
    • Proven experience delivering and troubleshooting production-grade, cloud-based distributed systems
    • Experience building and debugging real-time, low-level systems (e.g., kernel, drivers, RTOS)
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm
    • Experience working with multiple observability stacks
    • Strong LLM prompting skills, while also being effective without them
    • Experience with gRPC and gRPC troubleshooting
    • Contributor or maintainer of an open-source project

    Bonus Experience

    • Knowledge of WebRTC, STUN/TURN, SIP, RTP, HLS, or RTMP
    • Experience with Rust and PyO3
    • Audio or voice-related programming experience

    Qualities They’re Looking For

    • Fast - you aim to be a true 10x engineer, not just another senior profile
    • Resilient - comfortable balancing planned work with urgent, real-time issues
    • Clear communicator - able to write concise documentation and explain complex ideas
    • Strong problem solver with a systems-level mindset
    • Extreme ownership and independence
    • Ability to turn incomplete or ambiguous requirements into real products
    • A collaborative team player who raises the technical bar around them

If you’re passionate about AI, real-time systems, and backend development at scale, we’d love to hear from you!
