We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong expertise in Gutenberg, ACF, WooCommerce, website optimization, and custom integrations. Our team builds high-quality WordPress solutions, supports projects built on page builders, and develops custom features for startups and eCommerce products.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of WordPress Core, Hooks/Filters, Custom Post Types, and Taxonomies.
- Experience building custom WordPress themes from scratch, including Gutenberg, ACF, and custom blocks.
- Ability to create and maintain Gutenberg blocks using ACF or native block development.
- Experience with WooCommerce: customization, extensions, and eCommerce integrations (nice to have).
- Working with external APIs, CRM integrations, and custom backend logic (nice to have).
- Experience with Elementor or other page builders (support and custom widgets).
- Website performance optimization: PageSpeed, Lighthouse, SEO technical improvements.
- Hands-on experience developing and updating templates, plugins, and custom functionality.
- Familiarity with the WordPress REST API.
- Knowledge of Git and build tools.
- Basic server administration: cPanel/Plesk; AWS experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, debug, and improve existing codebases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to implement Pixel Perfect designs from Figma.
- Good communication skills and ability to estimate project timelines.
