Jobs at Djinni

Full-Time | US Market | PST Working Hours

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing digital team focused on customer acquisition and lead generation in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong paid acquisition expertise with a practical, hands-on approach. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and improving campaigns across several advertising channels while continuously looking for opportunities to increase lead volume and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn.
• Develop paid acquisition strategies for different services and target audiences.
• Manage the complete conversion journey — from campaign structure and targeting to landing pages, tracking, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions around budgets, creatives, audiences, and bidding.
• Run ongoing experiments with messaging, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
• Work with tracking and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
• Use AI and automation solutions to improve research, campaign production, analysis, and reporting.

• Keep up with advertising platform changes and new acquisition opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for US audiences.
• Previous experience generating leads for local/service-based businesses, ideally industries such as home improvement, HVAC, roofing, solar, remodeling, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage meaningful advertising budgets and generate leads consistently.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with additional acquisition channels is highly valuable.
• Understanding of the complete lead-generation lifecycle, including ads, landing pages, tracking, conversion optimization, and lead quality.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of everyday marketing workflows.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or lead follow-up systems is an advantage.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

You’re someone who can take a business objective and turn it into an executable acquisition plan without needing constant direction.

You’re comfortable working independently, investigating performance issues, testing new approaches, and making decisions based on data.

You understand that successful performance marketing isn’t only about managing campaigns — it’s about understanding the entire path from the first click to a qualified lead.

You naturally look for ways to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and find new growth opportunities.

Working Style

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
• Works quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Is comfortable questioning existing approaches when the data suggests a better direction.
• Enjoys experimentation and continuous optimization.
• Can operate autonomously in a small, performance-focused environment.

• Is interested in a stable, full-time, long-term position rather than combining multiple freelance projects.

Schedule

Full-Time

The position requires availability during PST working hours and regular collaboration with a US-focused team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team full-time.

You will manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for US-based businesses, working across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.

• Ability to work full-time during US PST hours.

• Home Services experience.
• Microsoft/Bing Ads.

Procimo Tech is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our new Product Support team.

This is a technical support role rather than general customer service. You will act as the first technical point of contact for clients using Procimo’s core products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving and managing support tickets, investigating technical issues and identifying whether they are related to software, hardware, connectivity or configuration.

When an issue cannot be resolved directly by the Support team, you will be responsible for escalating it to the appropriate internal team — such as Development, Hardware or Project Management — providing a clear and well-documented technical analysis.

Most client communication will take place through tickets and email, although occasional phone or video calls may also be required.

As this is a new team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of support processes, documentation, FAQs and troubleshooting guidelines.

This is an entry-level position, so previous experience with Procimo’s products or industrial systems is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated to learn and interested in developing strong technical knowledge.
