The role
You own client relationships across a portfolio of SaaS accounts. You keep delivery on track, communication sharp, and act as the SEO and AI visibility expert your clients trust. This is a senior, client-facing role that blends account ownership, strategy, and hands-on quality control. Шукаємо Technical Project Manager, який буде відповідальним за управління технічним проєктом на стику розробки апаратного забезпечення, embedded-рішень. Ця роль передбачає активну роботу з інженерною командою, координацію процесів від ідеї до реалізації та забезпечення стабільного розвитку продукту у динамічному середовищі.

Основні обов’язки

• Повне управління технічним проєктом на всіх етапах: планування, координація, контроль виконання та дотримання термінів.
• Організація ефективної взаємодії між командами (інженерними, продуктовими, суміжними).
• Оптимізація процесів управління проєктами та покращення внутрішньої командної комунікації.
• Контроль ризиків, змін вимог та якості виконання проєктних робіт.

Вимоги

• Досвід 4+ років успішного ведення та завершення складних технічних проєктів на позиції Technical Project Manager або суміжних ролях.
• Розвинені лідерські та управлінські навички, здатність ефективно координувати роботу проєктної команди та співпрацювати з інженерними підрозділами.
• Досвід гібридного управління проєктами (Waterfall + Scrum)
• Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки електроніки (HW) та вбудованого ПЗ.
• Розуміння принципів управління проєктами та життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення.
• Розуміння специфіки розробки під мікроконтролери (RTOS, High-Load Systems, Linux environment).
• Впевнене володіння інструментами управління проєктами (Jira, Confluence, Worksection).
• Здатність ефективно працювати в умовах невизначеності та швидких змін.
• Розуміння мов програмування C/C++ буде плюсом.
• Вища технічна освіта (радіоінженерія, фізика або суміжні спеціальності).
