Required Qualifications

4–6+ years of hands-on experience in media buying / performance marketing
Strong experience with major advertising platforms:

• Paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Programmatic / DSPs (as a plus)

Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven optimization
Experience with tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics
Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies
Experience working with large budgets and scaling campaigns
AI-first mindset: willingness to use AI tools for optimization, testing, and automation
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members

Nice to Have

Experience with programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or marketing tech infrastructure
Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams
Background in automation or building internal tools

• Hands‑on exposure to LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and API‑based AI integrations.
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Curiosity and passion for emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or securing generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, ISO/IEC 42001.
• Cloud or AI‑related certifications.
• Background in ML engineering or MLOps.
