.NET AI integration developer

🚀 We’re looking for a Senior .NET / AI Engineer to help transform enterprise application migrations.
 

This is not a traditional .NET integration role.

We’re looking for a senior engineer who can help build AI-enabled migration accelerators and industrialize a large-scale migration program.
 

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience with C# / .NET (ideally 10+)
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications, AI agents, copilots, or code-generation solutions
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Background in application modernization and migration initiatives
• Experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, BizTalk, Boomi, or similar
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
 

The ideal background:

💡 Building migration accelerators or AI-assisted developer productivity tools
💡 Code-generation frameworks and AI-assisted software engineering
💡 Middleware modernization and large-scale integration migrations
 

⚠️ This role is probably not a fit if:
– You're a traditional .NET developer without meaningful hands-on AI experience
– You're an AI specialist without strong enterprise software engineering experience
– Your AI experience is limited to prompting or chatbots
– You haven't delivered AI solutions into production
