Jobs at Djinni

NexaPay (nexapay.one) is an Estonian fintech company in the payments space. Our payment gateway allows merchants to accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and receive settlement in USDC. We work with B2B clients worldwide.

We're scaling and looking for a developer who can build high-quality web interfaces fast, making active use of modern AI development tools. We need someone who can take an idea to a working, well-designed product in a short time — and who genuinely understands what they're building.

What you'll do
— Build and develop the company's websites and landing pages, from mockup to production
— Create internal interfaces and panels for the team
— Maintain, improve and update existing pages and functionality
— Test ideas quickly: build prototypes and take the successful ones to completion
— Own the quality: responsiveness, load speed, correct behaviour across all devices

What matters to us
— A strong sense of modern UI/UX: you build interfaces that look polished and expensive, not templated. This is a key requirement
— Portfolio required: live links to websites or interfaces you've built
— Confident use of AI development tools (Claude Code or similar) — and a clear sense of where they can be trusted and where your own review is needed
— Real understanding of code, not just generation: project structure, working with repositories and Git, deployment, reading and editing existing code, a working grasp of backend and APIs
— Experience with a modern frontend stack (React/Next.js or similar)
— English at B2+: documentation, tools and part of our communication are in English
— Independence: the ability to take a task, see it through, and propose a better solution
— Attention to detail: this is fintech, where accuracy and reliability matter more than speed

Nice to have
— Experience in fintech, SaaS or with payment integrations
— Basic understanding of web application security
— Experience working with analytics and SEO requirements at the markup level

Hiring process
Portfolio review → interview → a test task

Schedule
Full-time, 9:00–19:00 Estonian time (EET), fully remote.

What we offer
— Competitive compensation, paid in crypto
— Fully remote work
— Freedom in technical decisions and a fast cycle: your changes reach real clients immediately
— An international fintech product that's actively scaling
— Room to grow with the company

Send your CV along with links to 2–3 things you've built — that matters more to us than formal experience.

About us
EcoNatura is a DTC company for natural health and personal care products, selling around 90,000 units a year. Our main markets are Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and we’re also growing in the US. We advertise on Meta, TikTok and especially Pinterest.

The role
We’re looking for a highly motivated video editor who creates performance ads that sell. About 90% of our videos are AI-generated. You’ll combine AI footage, medical animations (how a product works in the body, anatomy scenes, before/after visuals), voiceovers and captions into short, high-converting ads in 9:16 and 4:5.

What you’ll do

• Turn our scripts into finished ads, including hooks, pacing, captions, sound design and CTA
• Create AI scenes and medical animations in Higgsfield (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana etc.)
• Produce voiceovers with ElevenLabs
• Build several hook variations per concept for testing
• Improve based on our ad performance data (what wins, what doesn’t)

What we offer

• Long-term, fully remote role with flexible, async working hours
• Clear scripts with remarks, plus a lot of creative freedom in the visual style
• Full access to our tools: Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Claude, plus any other software you need
• No German needed: our ads are mostly in German, but Claude handles translation and we communicate in English
• A steady flow of products and concepts, so you’ll always have work
• Paid trial task, no unpaid tests
• Lean team, short communication paths, fast decisions
• Higher pay when your ads perform well

About the process

1. Short intro call
2. Paid trial: one ad based on our script
3. Start
