Customer's Platform team is responsible for managing critical services that are essential to the success and sustainability of the organisation. In simple terms, the team handles transactional communication send-outs to customers via email, SMS, and push notifications. Requirements:

• 5+ years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python. 
• Proven track record of developing highly available distributed systems using technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Technical Planning and Code Quality.
• Experience defining a technical plan for significant feature or system component delivery with an elegant, simple, and extensible design.
• Writes high-quality code that is easily understood and used by others.
• Proficiency at making significant changes in a large code base and has developed tools and practices to do so safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
• Kotlin experience is a nice-to-have.
