Treat the profile as a sales funnel, not a static page.
3. Deal Quality & Risk Control
- Avoid technical or delivery overpromising;

- Protect the delivery team from poorly qualified deals;
Ensure consistency between profile positioning, communication, and proposals.
4. CRM & Sales Discipline
- Maintain accurate deal stages in CRM (Pipedrive);

- Keep the pipeline clean and up to date;
Provide feedback on lead quality and profile performance.
