    What We Expect from You

    • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Prospecting), within e-commerce or B2B retail.
    • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident business correspondence and phone communication).
    • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
    • Proven ability to build and segment lead databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Google Search, etc.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on developing and scaling products
    • A strong track record of improving key product metrics such as user engagement, monetization, and retention
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor performance and inform product decisions
    • Expertise in managing the product lifecycle and launching new features or enhancements
    • Ability to work on core product components: optimizing key processes, integrating new features, and enhancing user experience
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

    • Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5), financial instruments, and retail trading ecosystems.
    • Experience working with crypto exchanges, trading products, or crypto wallets.
    • Practical experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
    • Strong experience with KYC processes, identity verification workflows, and compliance requirements.
    • Knowledge of anti-fraud systems, auto-verification solutions, and related KYC tools.
