About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Web Scraping / Data Collection Engineer to join an international product project.

The project is already in development. The client is currently strengthening the data collection / web scraping direction and is looking for an engineer who can take ownership of the existing scraping work and continue developing it.

The main goal is to build a modern and scalable data collection system capable of extracting structured data from various community, hobbyist, and other public websites.

The system should primarily collect structured information about locations, including:

• Name

• Sentiment and user opinions

The client plans to use Crawl4AI together with LLMs to handle complex and dynamic content and enable intelligent data extraction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop custom scrapers using Crawl4AI.
• Extract structured data from various websites.
• Work with complex and dynamic web content.
• Implement advanced extraction strategies using Pydantic schemas, CSS selectors, and LLM-based parsing.
• Produce structured JSON / Markdown data optimized for further LLM processing.
• Extract basic location data such as names and addresses.
• Extract all available information about locations when additional data is provided by the source.
• Develop approaches for extracting sentiment from user opinions and discussions.
• Transform different opinions about a location into structured data that can be used for further processing and analytics.

Data Structure

At a basic level, the system should be able to return location data in a simple structured format:

The system should also support extracting sentiment-related information.

The exact sentiment format can be flexible, but consistent JSON is preferred.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead AI data annotation projects for Computer Vision customers.

This is an operations-heavy role. You won’t be managing software development sprints. Instead, you’ll be responsible for delivering large-scale AI datasets on time, at the expected quality, and within budget - and for facilitating communication between customers and delivery teams, translating client needs into execution and keeping both sides aligned.

What you’ll do

• Own multiple customer projects from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Solutions, Finance)
• Manage timelines, priorities and project risks
• Work directly with enterprise customers
• Act as the point of contact for client escalations, drive issue resolution and communicate project status
• Monitor quality, productivity and delivery metrics
• Make operational decisions every day to keep projects moving
• Improve internal processes and automate repetitive work whenever possible

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in AI/ML data annotation or data labeling operations - this is a must, not a nice-to-have
• A track record of managing complex, large-scale projects (exact years of PM experience matter less than real cases and results)
• Advanced (C1) English or higher, confident written and spoken client communication
• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience engaging senior/C-level stakeholders and a strong ability to summarize complex situations clearly and concisely
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments - juggling shifting priorities without losing structure
• Strong ownership mindset
• Data-driven decision making
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and similar project management / collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, Notion)
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
