Requirements:

As the Business Analyst for the Data Platform, you will be the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technical engineering team. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable requirements that will shape the development of our new analytics dashboards. Job responsibilities

– Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

The role

This is a hands-on implementation engineering position. You'll work on deploying, configuring, and integrating the platform for enterprise clients, translating their requirements into working solutions, deployed at client's infrastructures. The role sits between product engineering and customer success: technically deep, but with awareness of real-world client needs.

You'll collaborate closely with platform engineers and business teams, occasionally joining business discussions to clarify technical requirements or explain implementation details.
