What you'll actually do

- Run point on 3-5 client accounts as the lead strategist and account manager

- Manage and oversee our other account managers and team (±10-15 people) across the rest of the book. Diagnostics,strategy reviews, unblocking, QA, performance reviews 

- Own the quality of everything that goes out the door. If a deliverable is weak, you catch it before the client does 

- Join and often lead client calls. Our clients are CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and founders at well-funded startups, so you need to be completely comfortable in that room 

- Identify what's working, what isn't, and course-correct proactively. Don't wait to be asked 

- Monthly performance reporting and client-facing strategy presentations 

- Build SOPs, raise the bar on team output, and grow the function over time

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in SEO, ideally agency-side with SaaS clients - Strong on both traditional SEO and AI visibility (LLM citations, AI Overviews, ChatGPT/Perplexity surfacing). This is non-negotiable, it's the future of our category 

- Proven track record managing a team. You've led account managers, content teams, or SEO ICs before and you're good at it 

- Hungry. You want ownership, you want to build something, and you want a path to leadership. 

- Responsible by default. Problems land on your desk and you know how to solve them or learn how to solve them. 

- Polished on client calls with senior stakeholders. 

- Proactive and exceptional communicator. 

- Comfortable with AI-assisted SEO workflows (we use Claude, GSC, GA, Ahrefs, ...)

Compensation

- $65-74k USD base depending on experience + significant opportunity for increasing the base 

- Profit-share and performance bonuses tied to client retention, account growth, and team performance 

- Total comp up to $112k+ in the first year for the right operator, and more over time 

- Twice-yearly bonus cycle (July and December)

Onboarding

- Founder will personally train you for the first three to six months 

- After that, you'll be running the function with founder support on sales and strategy

What this isn't

- Not a pure execution role. You'll need judgment, not just task completion 

- Not a write-the-blogs-yourself role. You direct, your team of ±10 people executes 

- Not a hands-off manager role either. You're in the work, you just aren't doing all of it yourself 

- Async-first, output-driven, calls only when they actually need to be calls

Responsibilities: 

You are responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our OEM partners with regard to the processing of clinical cases. You handle the flow of incoming cases, and follow-up on the timing and on-time delivery of cases. 

• You independently manage daily external and internal requests, covering both technical and administrative aspects of clinical cases for a diverse portfolio of products and partners. 
• You handle the flow of incoming medical cases and start the operational processing of these. 
• You receive the incoming medical images for new cases, and get them ready for processing. You follow-up with the partners on rejected images.

Day to day you will design, build, and harden .NET/C# services that synchronise data between MetaTrader 5 and our backend, expose it cleanly to the partner platform, and stay healthy under production load. You will work closely with a primarily Java microservices backend team, agreeing on contracts and integration patterns across language boundaries, and partner with product and operations to keep data flows accurate and observable. You will work remotely within a focused product team and be expected to lead technically on everything connector-related, from design through production support. Beyond the connector, you will also extend our Power Platform (Dataverse) CRM with custom C# plugins, applying your .NET skills across both the trading-integration and CRM sides of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Own the Integration Connector

• Design and maintain .NET/C# services that synchronise trading and account data between MetaTrader 5 and backend systems
• Keep data flows accurate, idempotent, and consistent across sources, handling reconciliation and replay where needed

• Track latency, throughput, and error budgets, and act on the signals they reveal

Power Platform / Dataverse Plugins

• Build and maintain custom C# plugins for our Power Platform (Dataverse / PowerApps) CRM — server-side business logic, validation, and automation triggered by CRM events
• Integrate the CRM with trading, partner, and payment data so records stay accurate and actionable
• Package, register, and version plugin assemblies and support them to production with the same reliability bar as the connector

Cross-Team Integration and Quality

• Collaborate with a primarily Java backend team to agree on contracts, integration patterns, and data ownership
• Align on REST and messaging conventions that work cleanly across .NET and Java services
• Uphold engineering quality through tests, code review, and CI/CD pipelines
• Document integration behaviour and operational runbooks for the wider team

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong professional experience building production services in .NET / C# (modern .NET)
• Experience building C# plugins for Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse (PowerApps), or strong server-side C# experience with the readiness to own Dataverse plugin development
• Proven track record designing and operating system-to-system integrations and connectors

You will own quality for the backend services and web front-ends behind our introducing-broker / partner program and our payments flows — the systems that move client money and calculate the commissions our partners are paid. In this domain correctness is not negotiable: a deposit that posts twice, a withdrawal that stalls, or a rebate that miscalculates erodes trust and has real financial consequence. Your job is to make sure these systems do exactly what they should, every time, across releases.

You will combine test design, hands-on exploratory testing and automation, working close to the code on a Java microservices backend and React front-ends. Key Responsibilities

Test Design & Exploratory Testing
