About the Role
We are looking for a creative specialist who can build and develop engaging fictional characters on TikTok and Instagram. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, creativity, and deep understanding of digital culture.
 

You won’t just create content — you’ll shape living, recognizable personalities that people want to follow, engage with, and come back to.
 

👉Key Responsibilities:

Create short-form videos (TikTok / Reels) in character
Develop and maintain a consistent character voice and behavior
Build ongoing storylines through content
Adapt trends to fit the character’s personality and narrative
Rapidly test ideas and optimize content based on performance

We expect you to:
Think in story arcs, not isolated posts
Understand how emotional attachment to online personalities is formed
Be highly trend-aware and able to execute quickly
Work at a fast pace and produce content consistently
Maintain character consistency across formats

Nice to Have
Experience growing or managing TikTok or Instagram accounts
Experience creating content “in character”
Understanding of online communities (fandoms, roleplay formats, etc.)
