Your impact.

• Handle the imaging and deployment of user IT equipment (Laptops, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, etc.)

Experience

Radency is looking for a talented and a proactive UI/UX Designer to join our team. 50% of work assignments will include working on internal and client’s UI/UX projects; up to 50% of graphic and marketing design assignments.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design different types of digital products, incl. websites and mobile apps
• Create user flows, prototypes, MVPs
• Prepare final assets for the development team
• Update and redesign according to the client’s feedback
• Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
• Propose product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
• Graphic design, e.g. banners, postcards, swag, etc. 

Qualifications and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Solid experience in conducting Discovery phase, requirements gathering
• Experience in user interviews and usability testing
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Good practical skills in professional design tools such as Figma (components, autolayouts, variables, prototyping)
• Understanding the principles of responsive/adaptive interfaces

We're looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to help us deliver reliable, high-quality products in the cybersecurity field.  You'll own the automation layer for our cybersecurity platform: designing test frameworks from scratch, running performance and load tests, and building realistic environments that mirror production. This isn't a "write test scripts and call it a day" role - you'll be shaping QA strategy and working deep in the stack.

What you'll do:

• Build and scale API & backend automation frameworks for a complex security platform
• Automate testing for detection, protection, and response workflows
• Design end-to-end test environments using Kubernetes (K8s)
• Own performance, load, and stress testing
• Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines alongside dev and DevOps teams

• Help define QA best practices and mentor engineers as we grow

   

What you bring:

• 3+ years in API/backend automation testing
• Strong hands-on with Postman/Newman, REST Assured, Playwright, or similar
• Performance testing chops (JMeter, Locust, k6)
• Experience with Kubernetes for test environment orchestration
