Jobs at Djinni

At A-Players, we are building a new AI product in the mental health and mindfulness space - and we are looking for a Data & Marketing Analyst who will own the analytics layer from day one.

We are not building analytics after the fact. We are building it before the first ad goes live. That means clean tracking from day one, attribution that reflects reality, and dashboards the performance team opens every morning - not once a quarter.

In practice, you will set up the full tracking infrastructure from scratch, own the attribution model, connect marketing spend to real revenue, and keep LTV and retention metrics current and trustworthy. You will work side by side with the performance marketing team.

You will be the dedicated analyst on this product. Around you is a mature data team of 10+ people across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and AI, as well as shared infrastructure including BigQuery, dbt, Tableau, and GA4.

This role is a fit if you have navigated the full analytics stack at a fast-moving web subscription product, know what it takes to build trust in data from scratch, and want to do meaningful work on something that is just getting started.

Responsibilities

• Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
• Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
• Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
• Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
• Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
• Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products.
• Strong web analytics expertise, including funnels, attribution, tracking logic, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience working with performance marketing data.
• Experience working with raw and semi-processed data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, including data validation and cleanup.
• Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, recurring revenue, CAC, and payback period.
• Experience setting up web tracking from scratch at least once, for example for a new product, new funnel, or new market.
• Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and working with complex datasets.
• Proficient Python: pandas, NumPy, analysis scripts, and basic automation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.
• Open, clear, and proactive communication style.
• High level of ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GA4.
• Hands-on experience with GTM, including client-side and server-side implementation.
• Experience working with PSP data.
• A/B testing experience.
• Tableau experience: dashboards, calculated fields, parameter actions.
• BigQuery experience: large datasets, cost optimization, and performance optimization.
• Experience with dbt.

We Offer

• Full ownership and freedom to set up tracking from scratch for a new product, with no legacy constraints.
• Real business impact: you will work directly with a performance team running live campaigns, not build dashboards no one reads.
• A strong data team around you (10+people), including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI specialists, and AI specialists to consult with, learn from, and grow with.
• Modern stack: SQL, BigQuery, dbt, GA4, GTM, Tableau, and Python.
• Openness to new practices: the team has already implemented GrowthBook, dbt, server-side tracking, and GenAI skills for analysts.
• Career path: strong performance opens the door to real career growth.
• Flexible schedule and remote-friendly setup.
• Competitive compensation with regular performance reviews.
• Medical insurance.
• Learning and development budget.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing, and data engineering teams to analyze customer behavior, optimize acquisition and retention, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data transformation tools.
• Proficiency in BigQuery and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including understanding event tracking capabilities and limitations.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, churn, retention, and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience with marketing attribution, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior Python Engineer to join our team. You'll be building backend services, REST APIs, and data-processing pipelines, with some exposure to cloud infrastructure along the way.

We work in pairs — juniors are always paired with someone at a similar or slightly higher level, not just for code reviews, but for day-to-day coding, architecture decisions, and problem solving. This is production work: you'll ship backend services that customers rely on, with the safety net of another teammate beside you.

The client is US-based, so the team works US business hours; for engineers in Ukraine, this means your working day ends around midnight Kyiv time. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.

What You'll Work On

• Backend Services & APIs — build and maintain REST APIs and backend services for client platforms.
• Document Processing — build pipelines for validation, extraction, and status tracking.
• AWS Integrations — work with AWS infrastructure managed through Terraform.
• Internal Tooling — build workflow automation and internal tools.

Tech Stack

• Backend — Python (our main language), a web framework (most of our services run on one), SQL or a NoSQL store for reading and writing data.
• Cloud — AWS (Lambda, S3, IAM) and Terraform — both nice-to-haves, you'll pick up what you need on the job.

Working Hours & Format

This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. It's remote, with occasional face-to-face working sessions. Our client operates on US business hours, so the schedule needs to align with US time zones — for engineers based in Ukraine, your working day will end around midnight Kyiv time.

Requirements

Solid fundamentals in Python, familiarity with a web framework, and a basic understanding of REST APIs.

Exposure to AWS or Terraform is a plus, but not required — you'll pick up what you need on the job. We care more about your curiosity and attitude than your CV.

We're launching Aliro's all-in-one consumer brand that helps people move, settle and thrive abroad: help with any visa to any destination, certified agents, trusted partners, and support before and after the move. You'll be our first marketing hire, and your job is to bring in leads.

What you'll do:

• Own lead generation end to end: find people planning a move, reach them, and turn them into real inquiries.
• Build and run your own lead channels, such as Telegram, X, creators, partnerships, referrals and content.
• Build the tools yourself: bots, automations, simple databases and AI workflows that let one person run like a team.
• Test fast, track cost per lead and conversion, and double down on what works.
• Report weekly on leads, cost per lead and what you're testing next.

You're a fit if:

• You've brought in leads or customers for a B2C product, and you have the numbers to prove it.
• You're high agency: you start things, ship them and own the result without being told.
• You're technical: you build your own bots, automations or no-code tools, and you're comfortable with data.
• Your written English is C1 or better.

Advantage:

• You've grown and monetized your own community or audience on Telegram, Discord, X or similar.

Pay: $1,500/month for the first 3 months. From month 4, $2,000/month plus a bonus plan tied to agreed goals. Fully remote.

Process: profile review, a 30-minute intro call, then we share a couple of scenarios you think through on your own and walk us through in a second call. Nothing to submit, no files, and the call is not recorded.
