Senior Data Analyst (Marketing and Product Analytics)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing, and data engineering teams to analyze customer behavior, optimize acquisition and retention, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data transformation tools.
• Proficiency in BigQuery and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including understanding event tracking capabilities and limitations.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, churn, retention, and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience with marketing attribution, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
