• Experience in Gambling, Betting, or other highly competitive verticals.
• Experience working with agency advertising accounts.
• Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Keitaro, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar solutions.
• Experience with cloaking and pre-landing pages.
• Experience running PWA or WebView applications.
• Understanding of Meta Conversion API (CAPI).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and preparing creative briefs.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
• Experience scaling advertising campaigns across multiple GEOs simultaneously.
• Experience working with retargeting audiences

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Facebook retargeting campaigns, ensuring target KPIs are achieved and successfully scaling high-performing campaign setups.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CPA FTD, C2I, I2R, ROAS, LTV) and independently make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Develop and test new hypotheses related to audiences, segments, creatives, and conversion funnels to identify new growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
• Independently prepare creative briefs, analyze creative performance, and contribute to the development of the department's creative strategy.
• Work with user segments, Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and retargeting audiences, ensuring proper campaign structure and efficient use of data.
