We are looking for a skilled project developer to develop the new version of our current NPS platform. This is a concrete, well-defined project where you take ownership of building the next generation of the system on a solid technical foundation.

A central element of the role is the active use of AI as a core part of the development workflow, including tools such as Claude Code. We expect you to already work AI-first — not just occasionally.

About our system
Relationwise is a SaaS platform for measuring and acting on customer and employee loyalty (NPS/eNPS). At its core it is a survey distribution engine combined with an analytics and reporting platform. The current solution covers, among other things:

• Survey design and configuration with multiple versions per language, region or business unit
• Distribution at scale over email and SMS (Twilio), with Excel-based recipient uploads, validation, scheduling, reminders and telephone follow-up
• A REST API with recipient endpoints, API-key authentication and automatic routing of recipients to the correct survey version; email delivery via SendGrid
• A loyalty dashboard with NPS score, Promoter/Passive/Detractor breakdown, historical trends, a Respondent Explorer with rich filtering and Excel export, plus benchmarking
• Score-based real-time alerts, weekly/monthly summary reports and fully templated notification emails

The platform is built on C#/.NET and integrates with services such as SendGrid (email) and Twilio (SMS). The new system is to be built on Azure or an equivalent cloud platform.

• Developing the new version of our existing NPS system (C# / .Net / Azure)

What You'll Do

• Analyzing the behavior of users on our site and apps:

-Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.

• Analyze and track high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, e-mail and notification usage, and more.

We’re not looking for someone to “just send campaigns.” We’re looking for a Retention Manager who truly understands how an online casino works from the inside — from bonus mechanics to player psychology and bottom-line impact.

Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Plan, launch, and optimize personalized retention campaigns across the full player lifecycle: welcome, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP retention;
• Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
• Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;
• Develop and refine bonus strategy — including FS, cashback, deposit/non-deposit promos, VIP levels — in line with geo/license limits;
• Run multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, more) with A/B testing and content variants;
• Work closely with VIP, Product, and Support teams to hit retention and PnL goals;
• Monitor the effectiveness of promo tools (jackpots, quests, tournaments), and push new mechanics with the Product team;
• Adapt retention strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets based on actual performance, not assumptions.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years in retention or CRM inside an online casino team;
• Deep understanding of casino business model, bonus mechanics, and key verticals (slots, live, crash, tables);
• Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
• You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc;
• Strong track record with reactivation flows and tiered retention strategies.
