Financial Business Partner / Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the budgeting process, including accrual and cash budgeting;
• Perform regular reconciliations with counterparties and investigate discrepancies;
• Monitor and analyze the budget on a weekly basis, identifying deviations and potential risks;
• Independently manage the full reporting closing cycle for the marketing function;
• Participate in the contract approval process from the Finance function perspective;
• Analyze financial and management accounting data and provide insights to support business decisions;
• Monitor costs, budget execution, and financial performance;
• Work closely with Marketing and other business teams on financial planning and analysis;
• Identify deviations from budget and support the development of corrective actions;

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

   

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role;
• Experience in Gaming / Betting / iGaming is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and cost control;
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills;
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI/analytics tools;
• Familiarity with 1C and Asana;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data;
• High attention to detail and strong ownership of results;
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ukrainian — fluent;

• English — Intermediate+.
