Job Description
Infrastructure Management:
- Monitor and maintain domain and IP reputation to ensure high email deliverability.
- Ensure compliance of email campaigns with technical standards and legal requirements (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
- Research and integrate the best SMS and WhatsApp providers to support communication channels.
- Manage provider accounts, including personal dashboards and balance oversight.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues affecting campaigns (spam filters, blacklists, delivery errors).
- Creation and support of short links for use in mailings.
Technical Collaboration and Performance Optimization:
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to maintain optimal Open Rate (OR) and Conversion Rate (CR) across external communication channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push).

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to build scalable, high-impact features that move our product forward. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our React frontend and .NET backend, while contributing to projects that integrate advanced machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), to deliver personalized user experiences and innovative features. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that values continuous improvement and embraces the latest in technology.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain frontend components primarily using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux.
- Build and enhance backend services with .NET, including writing and optimizing queries to interact with databases.
- Integrate machine learning and large language models into existing workflows to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with team members, including QA and other developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate actively in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve the development process.
- Support CI/CD pipeline management and contribute to building and maintaining Jenkins jobs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively within the team and cross-functionally to align on project goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies.
- Experience with React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns, SOA design & web service development.
- Strong understanding of development processes.
- Experience or willingness to work with integration of machine learning or LLM-based services is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
