This role is for someone who combines strategic perspective with the ability to deliver hands-on — and who sees HR not just as a service, but as a system that enables people to do great work and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with team leads and managers to deeply understand business priorities, organizational challenges, team dynamics, and opportunities for enhancing performance;
- Own and continuously optimize HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, development, feedback culture, internal mobility, offboarding etc.), ensuring agility and adaptability to evolving business needs;

Requirements

-  5 years of proven experience in people or team management — you’ve personally held responsibility for leading others, driving results through a team, or running critical team-wide initiatives;
- In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle;
- Hands-on experience leading and implementing projects independently;
- Experience working in conflict situations — including resolution and facilitation;
- Proven experience using HR metrics to identify trends, draw insights, and inform strategic decisions;
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
- Good level in Excel and Google Sheets, including confident use of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc;

About the Job

As an Embedded Software Engineer you are a key part of our Architecture team to develop and implement the core features and functionalities to have our drones operate safely and autonomously in the air.
Together with our world-class team, currently seven team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies. You will be working closely with stakeholders in Germany and US from the System architecture and Hardware development departments.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Quantum-Systems autopilot firmware and firmware stack
• Design, Conception, implementation, and testing of new autopilot functionalities
• Export of flight control and navigation algorithms from Matlab / Simulink and integration into the autopilot’s embedded framework
• Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of BSP / peripheral and external sensor drivers and their optimized operation in the scope of the real-time operating system
• Building, documenting, and maintaining autopilot firmware for flight tests. Creation of flight test tickets, support of flight tests, and post-flight data analysis
• Creating unit tests, debugging/tracing of the code base for code coverage/functionality testing
• Maintenance of the firmware update eco system, including bootloaders & firmware updates

• Support in the implementation and maintenance of production tools

   

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree in the field of bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering / electrical engineering and you have several years of experience working with embedded systems.
• You have a deep understanding of embedded systems and you are a senior in designing, implementing and optimizing embedded systems.
• You have strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, Cortex-M), real-time operating systems and hardware and communication interfaces  interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, ETH ...)
• You are experienced with real-time operating systems like FreeRTOS or uCOS II and knowledge of multi-threading, task scheduling, and inter-task communication.
• You have the ability to bridge the gap between hardware and software, understanding the electrical and physical constraints, profound understanding of electronic schematics and efficiently utilizing available hardware resources
• You master version control and collaboration tools such as git and gitlab and you have experience in working in collaborative development environments with agile methodologies.
• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert
• English level at least B2

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join and strengthen our growing team. You’ll work on backend systems that power scalable, high-performance applications — including those with AI components. 
 

What you'll do:

-Design and develop reliable, maintainable, and scalable backend systems in Python.

-Drive the architecture of new features and systems, making key technical decisions.

-Lead integration of AI components (e.g., LLMs, LangChain, vector databases).
-Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

-Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.

-Participate in DevOps processes (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud deployment).

-Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers.
 

Requirements:

-Strong proficiency in Python and backend system design.

-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

-Solid experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, FastAPI, aiohttp).

-Deep knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).

-Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment.

-Strong understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and testing frameworks (e.g., pytest).
 

Nice to have (not mandatory, but a big plus):

-Experience with LLMs, LangChain, vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate).

-Background in Data Science or Machine Learning.

-Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

-Familiarity with microservice architectures and distributed systems.
-Previous experience in client-facing roles or product-focused development.
