Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events โ replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need an SDR to build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and multi-channel outreach across the US, EU, and Asia. You are the tip of the spear for the sales engine.

What You Will Do
- Outbound โ build targeted prospect lists across carriers, shippers, 3PLs, and brokers; run 80-120+ touches a day via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Inbound โ respond to every demo request and lead within 5 minutes
- Qualification โ run discovery calls, qualify against BANT/MEDDIC
- Pipeline โ keep Odoo CRM current, build 30+ qualified opportunities a month
- Handoff โ route qualified leads to AEs with full context: pain points, timeline, budget, decision-makers
- Market intel โ feed Product and Marketing objections, competitor mentions, and ICP signal
Who You Are
- 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or lead gen
- Strong cold outreach: email, LinkedIn, phone
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Metrics-driven โ you live in dashboards
- Comfortable in Odoo CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Coachable, hungry โ this is a launchpad into sales leadership
- Logistics or freight background is a plus
