πAbout the role:
As our team grows we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and creative Content Copywriter (with Marketing Focus) who is ready to grow with us. This is a new role for our team and not a replacement. This role is hands-on: youβll rewrite existing listings, fix weak hooks, and challenge assumptions. Weβre looking for more than just a copywriter, we want someone eager to grow in marketing and help shape and improve the product. Notice that we donβt evaluate raw AI text, your value is in judgment, insight, and iteration.
πWhat we expect from you π
πΉ3+ years of marketing/copywriting experience, ideally in e-commerce or product marketing.
πΉStrong ability to write compelling, clear, emotional texts for: banners, product pages, ads, emails, and landing pages.
πΉAdvanced English (C1+) β your writing feels native, natural, and emotionally engaging. πΉUnderstanding of basic marketing principles: how copy impacts CTR, conversion, and customer behavior.
πΉ Knowledge of SEO / AEO basics β you can naturally integrate keywords and write content that both people and AI understand.
πΉ Ability to research target audiencesβ pain points, needs, motivations.
πΉ Strong sense of tone of voice β you can adapt messaging to fit the brand and the customer journey.
πΉ Analytical mindset β you can use reviews, competitor listings, keyword data, and feedback to improve copy.
πΉ Experience collaborating with designers and PPC teams (keyword insights, ad angles, visuals).
πΉ Ability to critically edit and elevate AI-generated drafts: we care about thinking, structure, and emotional precision, not raw output.
πWhat you will do π
πΉ Write, proofread, and polish copy for banners, images, and creative assets β making messages emotionally engaging and conversion-driven.
πΉ Analyze existing listings: identify weak points, content gaps, and opportunities to improve clarity, persuasion, and performance.
πΉ Create high-quality Amazon listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions, FAQs) with SEO/AEO in mind.
πΉ Research competitors: review their listings, messaging, reviews, and positioning to find what works and what doesnβt.
πΉ Update and refresh older listings: new offers, optimized text, improved structure, A+ content, and more.
πΉ Monitor performance after content updates: track results, measure impact, and iterate based on data.
πΉ Use AI tools for brainstorming, rewriting, summarizing, and generating alternative angles or hooks.
πΉ Work with all the team for different copywriting tasks.
πΉ Manage the full copy workflow: research β concept β copy β review β launch β evaluation.

πΉHave experience in content marketing or brand strategy.
πΉUnderstand consumer psychology and can apply it to copy and visuals.
