    What you’ll do

    • Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
    • Develop event-driven workflows with AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge
    • Build and evolve microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and clean APIs
    • Own infrastructure changes using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
    • Work with PostgreSQL (schemas, queries, performance considerations)
    • Contribute to deployments and delivery pipelines (CI/CD), and collaborate on Kubernetes-based environments
    • Partner with the team to troubleshoot production issues and improve observability and stability

       

    Tech stack

    • Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, AWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge), microservices

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys or similar).
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
    • Expertise in customer segmentation and building user journeys.
    • Deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming.
    • English (B2+) is required; Spanish is a strong advantage (especially for LATAM).

    As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you won't just be writing tickets; you’ll be an architectural cornerstone. You will join a multidisciplinary product team focused on building a "best-in-class" user experience. You will be responsible for:

    • Architectural Evolution: Making high-level decisions to ensure the platform scales gracefully during this hyper-growth phase.
    • End-to-End Ownership: Designing and implementing reusable APIs (Laravel) and sophisticated frontend components (React).
