IGAMINGHUNT team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead who combines strong hands-on recruitment expertise with proven leadership skills and a structured, results-driven approach.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles and seniority levels
• 4+ years in a leadership role, managing high-volume hiring and diverse role types, ideally across different business functions
• Proven experience building, scaling, and training recruitment teams
• Experience managing and motivating fully remote and distributed teams
• Fluent English, Ukrainian
• Strong hands-on mindset and readiness to personally close vacancies, including complex and senior roles
• Systematic, process-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes
• Positive, approachable, and people-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:
 

• Previous experience in iGaming / gambling or other high-growth, fast-paced industries

Responsibilities:

• Scale and develop the recruitment function, including hiring and onboarding new recruiters
• Lead, mentor, and support a distributed recruitment team, ensuring high engagement and performance
• Own and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
• Drive and optimise team KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery against hiring targets
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and hard-to-fill roles, remaining hands-on where needed
• Partner closely with client stakeholders and company representatives to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Design and implement structured onboarding and training programmes for recruiters
• Introduce best practices for remote recruitment operations and cross-location collaboration

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will research and enrich lead data, initiate first contact with prospects, and convert cold outreach into qualified meetings for the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is structured, self-driven, and confident in professional communication across LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a professional ambassador of ROOM 15 in all outbound communication
• Research, enrich, and segment lead data using internal databases and enrichment tools
• Conduct daily outreach using provided data and lead lists across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to generate leads within defined industries and ICPs
• Convert initial contacts into qualified leads and scheduled appointments
• Clearly communicate ROOM 15’s services, value proposition, and use cases to potential clients
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and outreach angles
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and outreach targets
• Ensure all communication reflects the company’s professionalism, tone, and brand values
