About RNK Health

RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand focused primarily on the US market.

We help customers access prescription-based treatments such as NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12. Customers complete an online health assessment and receive treatment only after approval from a licensed medical provider. Approved treatments are then shipped directly to the customer.

Our business is built around recurring treatment and subscription-based care, which means we focus not only on customer acquisition, but also on conversion, retention, customer quality, refunds, and long-term value.

RNK Health has been growing for approximately 1.5 years and today has an international team of around 40–45 people across functions including Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics, Customer Support, and Retention.

We are now entering the next stage of growth and are strengthening key functions with experienced people who can help us build scalable systems and acquisition channels.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and grow our affiliate channel.

This is not a role where you will inherit a mature affiliate program and simply maintain an existing portfolio of partners.

Our affiliate function is still at an early stage, so this is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up role with significant ownership.

You will be responsible for developing the affiliate channel end-to-end: identifying and recruiting partners, negotiating commercial terms, launching campaigns, building strong partner relationships, monitoring economics, optimizing performance, and helping shape the processes and infrastructure needed to scale the channel.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially strong, highly data-driven, and comfortable creating a partner pipeline rather than waiting for inbound opportunities.

Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks in health, wellness, weight loss, supplements, or adjacent performance marketing verticals will be a strong advantage.

What you will own

Partner acquisition
Build a strong pipeline of affiliates, publishers, networks, and strategic partners. You will proactively identify relevant partners, initiate conversations, present RNK Health and its offers, negotiate terms, and move partnerships from first contact through launch. We expect you to actively develop the channel rather than rely primarily on inbound opportunities.

Affiliate relationships
Own relationships with partners throughout the full lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, communication, campaign launches, performance discussions, optimization, troubleshooting, and opportunities for further growth. This is an end-to-end ownership role — you will not simply source partners and hand them over to another team.

Deals and unit economics
Negotiate CPA and other performance-based partnership structures. You should be comfortable evaluating partnerships through key business metrics including: CAC / CPA, Conversion rate, AOV, Revenue, Refunds, Retention, LTV. Your goal will be to ensure that affiliate growth remains commercially sustainable and that increased volume comes from high-quality traffic.

Campaign launches
Coordinate affiliate launches across RNK Health products and offers. Make sure partners have everything required to launch successfully, including: Tracking links, UTMs, Funnels and landing pages, Offers, Creative assets, Messaging, Campaign information. You will work closely with internal teams to remove launch blockers and help partners go live efficiently.

Performance and optimization
Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, revenue, refunds, and partner-level performance. Identify which partnerships can be scaled, where performance is under target, and what needs to change in the offer, funnel, creative, traffic mix, or commercial structure. We expect you to understand what each partner is doing and continuously look for opportunities to improve performance and increase profitable volume.

Tracking and attribution
Own affiliate tracking and reporting. Make sure links, UTMs, conversions, attribution, and partner payouts are accurate. Investigate discrepancies between internal data and partner reporting and work with Analytics or other teams to resolve tracking issues. Experience with Everflow or a similar affiliate platform is highly relevant.

Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams. For example, if a strong partner can scale but requires a different landing page, offer, creative concept, or tracking setup, you will help define the requirement and coordinate internally to move it forward.

Compliance and traffic quality
Make sure partners follow approved messaging, claims, brand guidelines, and healthcare marketing requirements. Affiliate growth cannot come at the expense of traffic quality or compliance, so you will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate partner standards as the channel scales.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong experience recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, and networks
• Proven ability to proactively source and activate new partners
• Experience negotiating CPA and other performance-based partnerships
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, UTMs, and reporting
• Experience with Everflow or similar affiliate platforms
• Strong understanding of CAC/CPA, CR, AOV, refunds, retention, and LTV
• Ability to analyze partner performance and make decisions based on data
• Experience managing multiple partners and campaign launches simultaneously
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• High level of ownership and ability to operate independently
• Comfortable building processes and a channel from an early stage rather than joining an established affiliate function
• Strong working English, both written and spoken, for partner communication and collaboration in an international environment

Strong advantages

• Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or networks in health, wellness, weight loss, supplements, or related performance marketing verticals
• Experience in telehealth, DTC health, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription-based health business
• Experience building or significantly scaling an affiliate program from an early stage
• Strong understanding of recurring-revenue and subscription economics

Why join RNK Health?

Build a channel, not just manage one
You will have the opportunity to shape the affiliate function from an early stage instead of inheriting a mature playbook. You will influence partner strategy, commercial models, processes, tracking, offers, and the overall way the channel operates.

Direct impact on business metrics
Affiliate is viewed as an important growth opportunity for RNK Health. Strong partnerships and successful campaigns can directly influence acquisition volume, CAC, revenue, retention, and overall business growth. You will be able to see the impact of your work from the first months in the role.

High ownership and autonomy
We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, challenge existing assumptions, identify opportunities, and turn them into action. There is a short path between a strong idea and implementation when the business case makes sense.

Close collaboration with senior leadership
You will have visibility across the business and work closely with senior stakeholders while building a strategically important acquisition channel.

Become a key person within the Growth organization
Because the affiliate function is being built at an early stage, the person who successfully develops the channel will become an important contributor within the broader Marketing and Growth organization.

Broader opportunities over time
RNK Health is part of a broader health and wellness product ecosystem. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to contribute to additional products, acquisition initiatives, or related projects over time.

Working format

This is a full-time remote role.

Working hours are 14:00–22:00 Kyiv time, with a daily team sync at 18:00 Kyiv time.

The team is international and includes colleagues from Ukraine and Latin America. English is required for effective collaboration and external partner communication.

Hiring process

The hiring process includes:

1. Initial interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist
2. Screening with RNK Health’s internal Recruiter
3. Interview with the relevant Hiring Manager

During the later stages, we will go deeper into your affiliate experience, partner network, performance cases, economics, tracking expertise, and how you would approach building and scaling the affiliate channel at RNK Health.

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our outbound B2B business development and modern online marketing activities and help identify new business opportunities across international markets. This role is a strong fit for someone who combines hands-on lead generation experience with strong analytical, logical, and creative thinking abilities. While at least one year of relevant experience is required, we place significant emphasis on your ability to learn quickly, which we consider more important than actual experience, as well as the ability to generate ideas, creatively evaluate different approaches, identify and reason about potential challenges, and make sound, data-driven judgments and assumptions. For us, relevant abilities and potential are much more important than previous work experience.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar/relevant role(s).
• Very strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to brainstorm, evaluate, and reason about ideas, approaches, and experiments in a data-driven way to determine which are most likely to be effective and why.
• Strong brainstorming and creative problem-solving, logical/analytical abilities. You should be comfortable generating multiple ideas and logically assessing their potential.
• Very strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable adapting and frequently reprioritizing as needed, as we receive new information or decisions.
• Strong written English communication skills. Advanced spoken or presentation skills are NOT essential, as the role does not involve external sales calls unless you want to take them on.
• Experience with B2B cold email outreach and/or B2B LinkedIn prospecting, preferably using creative approaches, in an analytical, data-driven way.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
• Experience using outbound automation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, Woodpecker, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
• Experience generating B2B leads and building prospect pipelines.

Nice to Have:

• Strong interest in and willingness to grow in modern sales and marketing.
• Affinity for analytics, logical reasoning, numbers, precision, technology, and attention to detail.
• Academic background or track record demonstrating strong performance, ideally from a top business, mathematics, physics, IT, technology, or similar university.
• Experience working with international clients or prospects, particularly in the US, UK, Western Europe, Nordics, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or similar markets.
• Experience in software/technology, recruitment, marketing agencies, or professional services.
• Understanding of IT services and technology-related industries.
• Previous experience with modern online marketing channels and tools, even at an introductory level, such as SEO, GEO/LLM SEO, Reddit, or similar.
• Basic HTML/CSS or other technical skills.
• Previous experience working directly with senior sales or marketing professionals, directors, founders, or other decision-makers.
• A dynamic personality and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm creative ideas for new sales and marketing channels, initiatives, and experiments.
• Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing ideas, experiments, and approaches, using logical reasoning and available data to determine what is likely to be effective.
• Identify and research potential B2B clients and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Execute outbound campaigns across B2B sales channels, including LinkedIn and email, as well as creative inbound marketing channels.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and prospect databases and handle related sales administration/organization, including agreement processing, follow-ups, and written communication with prospects and clients.
• Conduct written negotiations with prospects and clients when required, mostly via emails/IMs.
• Run multiple sales and marketing initiatives simultaneously, closely monitor their performance, and adapt or improve them based on market feedback and input from the founding team.
• Support marketing activities including SEO, GEO, Reddit ranking, keyword research, link building, and similar initiatives. We use Ahrefs and a range of other modern marketing tools.
• Perform basic technical tasks related to marketing and sales activities, including WordPress and HTML changes or configuration of differnt/similar kind.
• Support ongoing business development and lead generation initiatives.
• Work directly with company management and collaborate across departments.

What We Offer:

We’ll provide extensive training, particularly in modern B2B sales/lead generation and marketing. You’ll work directly with the founding team, which provides a significant opportunity to learn and grow. At the same time, this requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication. You’ll be working alongside a team of high performers in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities and develop your skills.
