Account Manager — Istanbul, Turkey

MTicket is an international technology company operating in the ticketing and e-commerce industry. We develop solutions for concert, festival, and event organizers and continue to expand across European and international markets.

We are currently looking for a local Account Manager in Istanbul who will be responsible for working with organizers and partners in the Turkish market.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for MTicket clients in Turkey — supporting them from onboarding and event launch through day-to-day operational matters.

We are looking for someone who understands client service, can build strong long-term B2B relationships, and feels comfortable working in the fast-paced event industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support MTicket organizers and partners in Turkey;
• build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;
• coordinate the launch of new events and ticket sales;
• collect and verify event information provided by organizers;
• set up and manage events within the MTicket system;

• coordinate with Technical Support, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.

   

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Event Management, or Project Coordination;
• experience working with B2B clients;
• fluency in Turkish is mandatory;
• English — B2+;
• good knowledge and understanding of the Turkish market;
• strong communication and organizational skills;
• ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously;
• independence, agility, and a results-oriented mindset;

• experience working with CRM or other digital systems.

   

Nice to Have

• experience in ticketing, events, concerts, or entertainment;
• knowledge of the local Turkish event and entertainment market;
• established network among event organizers, venues, promoters, or other industry players;

• previous experience working with ticketing platforms.
