The Role
You own the top of the funnel: everything from finding the right prospect to a warmed-up conversation ready for a founder-led demo. You will not run demos or close — that stays with the founding team. Your job is to keep our calendar full of qualified conversations.

This is part-time (~20 hrs/week), remote, with flexible hours.

What you'll do

• Identify and research ICP accounts on LinkedIn (US DTC / e-commerce brands, marketing and creator/influencer decision-makers)
• Build targeted prospect lists and segments using Sales Navigator and enrichment tools
• Run and iterate personalized outreach sequences (LinkedIn-first, email secondary)
• Handle the back-and-forth with prospects up to the point they're qualified and ready for a demo
• Qualify against our criteria and hand warm leads to the founders
• Keep lead data and pipeline status clean and up to date

• Test messaging hypotheses and report what's working

   

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in B2B SDR / lead generation, ideally for SaaS selling to Western (US/EU) markets
• Strong written English — natural, human, native-sounding. This is non-negotiable; you'll be writing to US marketers under our brand
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach/enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, or similar)
• Commercial thinking — you can read a prospect, spot the pain, and adapt copy, not just paste templates

• Self-directed and organized; comfortable owning a process solo

Responsibilities

Основні задачі на позиції менеджера з продажу:

• Активні B2B-продажі логістичних послуг.

ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ

- Збір, аналіз і специфікація бізнес-вимог;

- Декомпозиція бізнес-вимог до рівня нефукціональних та функціональних вимог з достатнім рівнем деталізації;

- Представлення вимог за допомогою альтернативних методів, таких як діаграми, прототипи, бізнес-процес;

- Проведення ревью вимог, щоб переконатися, що остаточні вимоги зрозуміли всім членам команди;

- Ведення (доповнення / оновлення / архівування) бази вимог;

- Аналіз бізнес-процесів та виявлення проблем (включаючи рекомендації щодо впровадження рішення);

- Визначення змісту проекту та пріоритетів вимог;

- Презентація продукту, включаючи внутрішні та зовнішні навчання користувачів;

- Досвід впровадження CRM та ERP систем;

- Досвід роботи з міжнародними стандартами фінансової звітності та формування методології обліку в компанії;

Що будете робити

• Розробляти та адаптувати CV/ML моделі (детекція, сегментація, трекінг)
• Проєктувати пайплайни та ансамблі з урахуванням latency, FPS, пам’яті та енергоспоживання
• Деплоїти та оптимізувати інференс на embedded-пристроях (Jetson / Raspberry Pi / ARM64)
• Працювати над стабільним real-time трекінгом (відеостабілізація, калібрування камер, robustness)
• Інтегрувати ML/CV компоненти у продакшн-системи (Linux)
• Співпрацювати з embedded-інженерами над low-latency відеопайплайнами
 

Що важливо

• 3+ років досвіду в Computer Vision / Machine Learning
• Python або C++ (бажано обидва)
• Практичний досвід з OpenCV та PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Досвід із сучасними моделями (YOLO, MobileNet, U-Net або аналоги)
• Глибоке розуміння object tracking (вибір під задачу, тюнінг, стабільність, recovery)
