Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across in-app networks (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Moloco, etc.).
• Creative Strategy: Formulate detailed technical assignments (TZs) for video creatives and test new visual approaches to maximize engagement.
• Scaling & Optimization: Identify winning "combinations" (ad-creative + GEO + source) and scale profitable campaigns to hit aggressive KPIs.
• Analytics & Tracking: Work closely with tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro) to monitor traffic quality and conversion paths.
• Performance Monitoring: Deep-dive into metrics including CPA, FTD, Deposit, and ROI to ensure campaign health.
• Market Expansion: Test and penetrate various international GEOs.

Required Skills & Experience

• In-App Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major network (Unity, AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.).
• Mobile Traffic Specialist: Deep knowledge of Video, Interstitial, and Rewarded ad formats.
• Vertical Experience: Proven track record of working within "grey" niches (iGaming, Finance, etc.).
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and TDS/Trackers (Keitaro).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and make fast, ROI-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Strong grasp of what makes a video creative convert and how to iterate based on performance.
• Autonomy: A self-starter who can manage the full lifecycle of a campaign without constant supervision.

• A university or technical degree
• More than 3 years of experience in embedded systems
• Experience with system-level design, including architecture, hardware, software, firmware, and algorithms
• Strong knowledge of C and embedded design (RTOS, MCUs, Bare-Metal)
• Knowledge of ARM microcontroller architecture and interfaces such as I²C, SPI, UART, and CAN is a plus
• Experience with GIT, CI/CD, and a scripting language (Python, Bash) is a plus

As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing trigger campaigns and launching new campaigns to maximize Direct Marketing revenue & profit and achieve company goals.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a direct marketing manager (both emails & SMS);
• 3+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce;
• 3+ years of experience with the US market;
• Experience with direct marketing and automation platforms (ideally Klaviyo);
• Experience using AI tools to optimize direct marketing flows, campaigns, and communication with customers & subscribers, including customer segmentation, campaign ideation, content personalization, A/B testing, performance analysis, etc.;
• English level: B2 or higher;
• Ability to both maintain & optimize the existing direct marketing campaigns and launch new ones;
• Knows how to efficiently manage customers database, build segments & email lists (knows various segmentation methods & frameworks);
• Understands company’s business and products to prepare the best offers for new and existing customers;
• Knows how to implement & run a/b tests;
• Knows main Direct Marketing KPIs to measure channel’s efficiency and results;
• Can master Google Analytics to analyze direct marketing-related data (knows how to use standard reports, custom reports, segments, etc.);
• Advanced user of Google Sheets (data formatting, pivot tables, etc.);
• Basic HTML knowledge is a plus;
• Able to define the scope of work to be done based on company’s vision, goals & priorities.

The role and responsibilities:

Ecommerce Growth Engineer is a hybrid role, the combination of these things:
 

• Building and maintaining Shopify Plus stores: themes (Liquid, Online Store 2.0), custom sections, app integrations, performance with Claude Code and Figma MCP.
• Implementing and improving subscription strategies: selling plans, bundle logic, switcher UX, retention flows.
• Read, interpret, and own data. Shopify reports, GA4, A/B tests analytics. Reading and reporting on store metrics and recommending the next move.
• Setting up and running A/B tests (Intelligems or equivalent), maintaining control/test parity, interpreting results.
• Owning post-launch quality: pre-launch checklists, end-to-end merchant and customer walkthroughs, bug logging.
   

Skills required:

• Strong Shopify Plus development and front-end skills: Liquid, theme architecture, sections/blocks, Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, GraphQL). HTML, CSS, JavaScript at production level.
• Fluent in the Shopify ecosystem and apps, with in-depth understanding of subscriptions: Recharge, Skio, Stay.AI, or Shopify.
• Fluent in analytics: Shopify reports, GA4 basics, conversion funnels, cohorts.
• AI-native workflow: Claude Code, MCP integrations (Figma + Notion is a minimum).
• Great communication skills: spoken and written English. We are direct-to-client.
