About the Role

At iForAI, we help companies put AI into real products. Our team builds and integrates AI systems: copilots, agent platforms, retrieval-backed assistants, and document and workflow automation, working side by side with customer teams.

We’re hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to help drive that work. This is a hands-on role. You’ll guide a small backend team of 2 to 4 engineers, own backend architecture across services, and build the systems that put LLMs and agents into production workflows.

AI is changing how engineering teams work. The leverage today isn’t in typing code; it’s in clear specification, good judgment, and careful verification. If you have a strong backend background and you’re curious about working with AI day to day, we’ll bring you up to speed to the agentic coding by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small backend team (2 to 4 engineers).
• Own backend architecture and AI integrations: prompt and context handling, retrieval, orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and observability.
• Design and run reliable backend services that support real production workflows.
• Use AI across the full development cycle (requirements, design, code, testing, debugging, and documentation) and help the team build the same habits. We’ll train you on this side if it’s new.
• Work with PMs and customer teams to turn unclear problems into concrete, shippable work.
• Take part in code review, architecture review, and technical writing.
• Help keep engineering standards healthy: tests, CI/CD, releases, and learning from incidents.

Requirements

• Backend experience: 5+ years building production backend systems.
• Node.js / TypeScript with experience in a framework like NestJS, Express, or Fastify (Next.js is a plus).
• Databases: comfortable with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, and an ORM such as Prisma, TypeORM, or Drizzle.
• Caching and queues: working knowledge of Redis or a similar tool for caching and background jobs.
• System design basics: API design, retries, idempotency, and reasonable latency and cost trade-offs.
• Cloud and DevOps: experience with at least one of the AWS, GCP, or Azure environments, plus Docker and modern CI/CD.
• Leadership: some experience leading or mentoring other developers.
• Agile, distributed work: comfortable working in an Agile team across time zones.
• English: B2+ professional level.
• AI experience: not required. If you have a strong backend foundation and curiosity about AI, we’ll upskill you on the AI side.

Nice to Have

• AI coding tools: day-to-day experience with Codex, Claude Code, or similar.
• LLM APIs: hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs (function/tool calling, structured outputs, prompt design, basic evals).
• RAG: vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and frameworks like LlamaIndex or LangChain.
• Agents: orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar; tool-use and multi-step planning patterns.
• Workflow tools: n8n, Zapier, or Temporal.
• Python: FastAPI, Flask, or Django for integrations or ML-adjacent services.
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Front-end exposure: React, Vue, or Angular, enough to collaborate well with frontend teammates.
• Technical writing or open-source contributions.

The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. The essential functions of this role include supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, performing routine controller tasks, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and contributing to accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. US GAAP)

The Head of Finance position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Global Head of Finance. The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, timely and accurate financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and partnering with leadership to support decision-making and profitable growth. They will lead the accounting, compliance, and billing teams and own the monthly close, and ensure adherence to US GAAP, local accounting policies and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process; prepare when needed and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations to deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Own company-wide financial reporting, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, credit and collections, vendor management, and billing accuracy; drive DSO and working capital improvements.
• Manage treasury and cash flow forecasting; monitor liquidity, banking relationships, and covenant compliance where applicable.
• Establish, document, and continuously improve internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures; ensure a strong control environment and audit readiness.
• Coordinate and lead external audits and reviews; manage auditor requests, PBC lists, and issue resolution.
• Ensure tax compliance (sales/use, property, payroll, and income tax in coordination with external advisors as needed); maintain compliance calendars and filings.
• Oversee payroll accounting and benefits-related accounting entries; ensure accurate classification and reconciliations.
• Evaluate and optimize systems and process automation across the close, AP/AR, expense management, and fixed assets; partner with IT/Finance on ERP configuration and integrations.
• Lead revenue recognition compliance (e.g., ASC 606) including contract review, performance obligation assessment, and variable consideration methodology where applicable.
• Manage fixed assets and capitalization policies, lease accounting, and depreciation schedules.
• Provide budget vs. actual analyses, departmental spend tracking, and support annual planning and rolling forecasts in partnership with FP&A.
• Mentor, develop, and scale the accounting team; set priorities, and quality standards.
• Support M&A diligence and integrations, including opening balance sheet, purchase accounting, and policy alignment where applicable.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Global Head of Finance and leadership on accounting impacts of business decisions, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity and management experience.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, accounting policy, and internal controls; and audit best practices.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for modeling, reconciliations, and analyses; data hygiene and process mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ability to translate accounting impacts for non-finance audiences.
• High level of integrity, judgment, logic, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
• Experience in multi-state operations, multi-entity consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Operations Analyst (Pod) to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who can bring structure, follow-through, and operational ownership across one or more service delivery pods.

The Service Operations Analyst (Pod) acts as the connective layer across Clients, Service Delivery, Support Managers, Project Managers, Support Managers, and Finance to ensure key workflows move forward consistently, risks are surfaced early, and nothing critical gets stuck.

This is not a traditional administrative support role. It is a higher-ownership position focused on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, workflow maturity, and helping shape how the pod support model evolves as Atlas continues to scale.

Pod Operational Ownership:

• Act as the Service Operations point person for one or more service delivery pods.
• Bring visibility to open actions, blockers, service risks, and operational dependencies across teams.
• Reduce dependencies on Support Managers for non-technical work.

• Own quote management visibility and ensure proposals, pricing-related follow-through, and related approvals move efficiently.
• Build regular checks and balances so Admin and Associate execution remains accurate, timely, and measurable.

Workflow Governance and Process Improvement:
