VIP Team Lead (iGaming)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to lead our VIP Department, develop a strong team, improve player retention, and drive key business results through data-driven decisions and effective leadership.

🎯 What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
- Drive key business metrics, including:
- Team Deposit Amount (IN)
- Team IN-OUT
- Retention (M/M)
- Analyze VIP player behavior, team performance, and database trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement effective retention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Retention, Product, and other internal teams.
- Optimize team workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Help the team consistently achieve ambitious business and revenue goals.
✅ What we're looking for
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience as a Team Lead, Senior VIP Manager, VIP Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of VIP player management and retention.
- Experience working with KPIs, business metrics, and performance analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience with strong coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
