We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1,000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful products operating across Tier 1-3 markets.
 

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to lead our VIP Department, develop a strong team, improve player retention, and drive key business results through data-driven decisions and effective leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, onboard, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Drive key business metrics, including:
    • Team Deposit Amount (IN)
    • Team IN-OUT
    • Retention (M/M)
  • Analyze VIP player behavior, team performance, and database trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement effective retention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Retention, Product, and other internal teams.
  • Optimize team workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Help the team consistently achieve ambitious business and revenue goals.
     

โœ… What we're looking for

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, Senior VIP Manager, VIP Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of VIP player management and retention.
  • Experience working with KPIs, business metrics, and performance analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience with strong coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
