This role is designed for someone who is comfortable taking full ownership of Amazon operations. The focus is not aggressive scaling, it’s execution quality, profitability, and continuous optimization of an already strong product portfolio. You will work directly with the Founder, gain access to advanced Amazon frameworks and communities, and turn insights into measurable performance improvements.
We are looking for someone proactive, structured, and operationally strong, the person who is able to confidently manage the day-to-day of an Amazon brand while steadily improving commercial performance.
🎯Mission of the role
As an Amazon Brand & Operations Manager, you will
🔸Own and continuously improve RYVE's Amazon operations and commercial performance
🔸Drive month-over-month gains across listings, inventory, promotions, and account health
🔸Contribute directly to sustainable profit growth through execution quality
🔸Inform product development with data, customer insights, and market feedback
You will
🔸Report directly to the Founder and CEO
🔸Work closely with the PPC management, graphic design, and product development teams
🔸Serve as the single point of accountability for all Amazon and marketplace operations
⚙️ What You'll Be Doing
🔹Own and manage listing optimization, keyword research, and CRO experiments, briefing the design team on asset improvements
🔹Maintain Seller Central operations, including account health, reimbursements, and troubleshooting
🔹Drive pricing strategy, manage deals, and run promotional campaigns
🔹Handle inventory and supply chain planning, i.e., forecasting, purchase orders, inbound shipments, and FBA stock levels
🔹Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and light automation
🔹Keep secondary marketplaces such as Etsy, Faire, and Shopify running smoothly with minimal maintenance
Experience and skills:
🔸3-5+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience at 7-figure revenue scale
🔸Full end-to-end ownership of listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and Seller Central
🔸Advanced Google Sheets skills i.e. forecasting and operational analysis
🔸Proficiency with Helium10, DataDive, or comparable tools
🔸English B2 (Upper Intermediate)
It will be a plus if you have experience with:
🔹Scale Insights or similar bid management tools
🔹Looker Studio or equivalent BI and dashboarding tools
🔹Gorgias or equivalent customer service platforms
🔹Sellerise, TrueOps, or similar reimbursement tools
🔹Listing experiments and CRO tests
🔹Advanced Amazon analytics stacks and automation workflows
