    In this role, you will take ownership of data pipelines and lead the end-to-end development of automated reporting solutions. You'll design, optimize, and deliver impactful Power BI reports, supported by Python-based ETL processes and SQL database management.

    Working closely with Finance and internal stakeholders, you will transform complex data into accurate, actionable, and scalable insights that drive smarter business decisions across multiple functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, performance, and business relevance.
    • Maintain and enhance Python-based ETL pipelines, extracting data from multiple sources such as Azure SQL, MySQL, Telegram, Monday.com, and others for analysis and reporting.
    • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the full data flow—from ETL pipelines to Power BI and Excel financial reports.
    • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to automate recurring reports and support ad-hoc analysis, improving productivity and decision-making.
    • Implement enhancements and new features in Power BI models, DAX calculations, and ETL pipelines as business needs evolve.
    • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or reporting issues.
    • Work with internal teams to understand requirements and propose data-driven and reporting solutions, contributing to continuous process improvement.

    Requirements

    • Strong proficiency in  Power BI  , including data modeling, DAX, report optimization, and dashboard design.
    • Proficiency in  Python  for ETL pipelines, data extraction, transformation, testing, and automation.
    • Solid understanding of  SQL and database management  , preferably  Azure SQL  .
    • Experience building  scalable, efficient, and reliable data workflows  .

    • Data collection and quality checks - precise analysis of data provided by Agency/Markets:
    • Ensure data availability within the approved deadline,
    • Ensure data quality checks
    • Ensure proper consolidation of data from a number of sources
    • Follow-up with data provider contacts as necessary to guarantee data readiness to generate a set of reports within the approved deadline. In case of incomplete or incorrect info NBS employee reverts back to data providers for clarification or rework.
    • Support - consulting users on reports-related topics and preparing additional instructions.
    • General administration - managing reports archive and updating distribution lists.
    • Ad-hoc analysis - performing deeper analysis of the data on request

    The primary goal of this position is to develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of our main website millanova.com, including custom Strapi plugins, search engine integration, payment processing, and database optimization.

     

    Tech Stack: Strapi v4 (Node.js), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Meilisearch, Stripe, React (Admin UI), SendGrid, Docker

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop custom Strapi plugins (local packages) to extend platform functionality.
    • Integrate and configure Meilisearch for fast, intelligent, and relevant search capabilities.
    • Implement and manage Stripe payment processing on the backend (transactions, webhooks, error handling).
    • Customize the Strapi admin panel using React and Monaco Editor (custom providers, editors).
    • Maintain and optimize the PostgreSQL database; write efficient raw SQL queries.
    • Develop and optimize GraphQL API endpoints for performance and reliability.
    • Integrate third-party APIs, collect external data, and persist it to the database.
    • Build standalone Node.js microservices from scratch and deploy them in Docker containers for automated data synchronization.
    • Collaborate closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

     

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
