Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in branded graphic illustrations and visuals
- Have experience in photo retouching, photography, AI image creation, typography, vector shapes, and logos experiments, and working with photoshooting
- Ability to scale a brand’s graphic idea into a library of promo images
- Experience in Figma and Photoshop. High retouching and color correction skills are required
- Knowledge of core UI principles and a product design pipeline, experience collaborating with product design teams
- Experience creating and managing artwork libraries and style guides
- Readiness to supervise middle designers and vendors’ artwork.

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers and specialists.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career path frameworks.
- Lead the performance management cycle, including PDPs and regular performance reviews.
- Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure all HR procedures are clear, compliant, documented, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, ensuring consistency in HR operations.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and updates clearly across the organization.
