Role Overview:
Our client's marketing department is expanding, and we are in search of a Junior Affiliate Manager. You will be part of a growing marketing team, which currently consists of 50+ people, including affiliate, SEO, and technical teams. There are many different tasks and challenges to get excited about! You can be creative with your work, as we are always open to new ideas in finding and testing new sources. We are not just looking for a team member who will work with basic partners (create links, update promotions, and keep track of them). We are looking for someone who would be interested in constantly testing new products in affiliate marketing. The company is constantly generating new traffic, not only bringing new customers to their sites but also helping to identify the strengths and weaknesses of products with the help of these customers. This allows the product team to improve these products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand existing and new affiliates;
- Fulfil department and personal KPIs;
- Regularly review affiliate performances to measure affiliate effectiveness and ensure profitability;
- Identifying and monitoring the ROI;
- Monitor the affiliateβs marketing spend, and ensure it is in line with agreed budgets;
- Ensure all affiliatesβ marketing material is up to date: campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links, etc.
Ideal profile for the position:- 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate manager in iGaming (tier-1/tier-2);
- Upper-intermediate English or higher;
- Upper-intermediate Portuguese or higher;
- Experience as an Affiliate manager with strong planning and organisational skills;
- A strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills;
- Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability;
- Experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other Affiliate Deals;
- Good analytics and fraud management skills

Your Mission
Build, lead, and own the AML/CTF framework for our MSB / MiCA structure - ensuring regulatory approval, operational stability, and long-term compliance resilience.
You will not inherit a βfinished compliance department.β You will shape it.
What Youβll Do
- Build and own the AML/CTF framework under MSB / MiCA - from licensing stage to full operational scale
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance AML policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead the licensing process in cooperation with legal advisors and external consultants
- Act as primary contact for regulators, auditors, and supervisory authorities
- Design and maintain a robust risk-based approach covering onboarding, transaction monitoring, and EDD
- Review and approve high-risk clients, complex structures, and large transactions
- Ensure proper identification, escalation, and reporting of suspicious activities (SAR/STR)
- Oversee transaction monitoring systems and internal investigations
Provide strategic AML guidance to founders and senior management on regulatory risks and expansion plans
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience as MLRO / Deputy MLRO in fintech, crypto, EMI, MSB or payment institutions. Hands-on experience with EU regulatory frameworks
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AMLD, EU AML regulations, FATF standards.
- Skills:
- Strategic and operational thinking
