Primary Role Objective
Building and scaling the service's commercial development: partnerships, clients, acquisition channels, and a systematic growth model.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Partnerships
β’ Searching for and attracting new partners (arbitrage teams, CPA networks, agencies, products).
β’ Initiating and developing strategic partnerships.
β’ Building long-term, win-win relationships with key partners.
β’ Participating in negotiations, establishing commercial terms.
2. Client Acquisition
β’ Searching for and attracting clients for the mobile app rental service.
β’ Managing incoming and outgoing leads.
β’ Building and managing the sales funnel.
β’ Supporting clients from initial contact to launch.
3. Communications and Service Presentation
β’ Building systematic communications with the market.
β’ Posting and promoting information about the service:
β’ Specialized chats and communities,
β’ Telegram / Discord / forums,
β’ Direct contacts and networking.
β’ Forming the service's positioning and value proposition.
4. Lead Generation Sources
β’ Finding and testing new customer acquisition sources.
β’ Collaborating with lead generators and the support team.
β’ Optimizing cost per lead and incoming traffic quality.
5. System and Analytics
β’ Creating and maintaining a structured customer and partner database (CRM).
β’ Developing and monitoring KPIs:
β’ For lead generators,
β’ For support,
β’ For myself as BizDev.
β’ Monitoring plan execution and communication quality.
6. Product and Strategy Development
β’ Participating in developing the service's development concept.
β’ Collecting feedback from clients and partners.
β’ Initiating new areas, rental formats, and monetization models.
β’ Collaboration with the product and technical teams.
Additional responsibilities
β’ Analyzing the mobile app market, CPA, and the arbitrage ecosystem.
β’ Participating in the launch of new geographies, verticals, and collaboration formats.
β’ Preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and offers.
β’ Assisting in building internal processes between sales, support, and tech.
β’ Representing the service at online events and in closed communities.
Requirements
β’ Experience in a Business Development/Sales/Partnerships role in digital, CPA, mobile apps, SaaS, or arbitrage.
β’ Understanding of the mobile app market, traffic arbitrage, or the CPA model.
β’ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
β’ Systems thinking: the ability to build processes, not just "sell."
β’ Experience with CRM, funnels, and KPIs.
β’ Proactivity, results-oriented, and growth-oriented.
A plus.
β’ Having a network of contacts in the arbitrage or mobile environment. β’ Experience scaling services or products from scratch.
β’ Understanding of ASO and the iOS/Android ecosystem.
β’ Experience managing lead generation or a small team.
