We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst for our client.

Our client is a fast-growing consumer health brand in the gut health / probiotics space, operating primarily on the U.S. market. The company sells products through major retail chains and online marketplaces and is scaling its operations across e-commerce, logistics, finance, and internal analytics. Automation and system integrations play a critical role in supporting this growth.

The role is focused on building and maintaining integrations between internal tools and external services, automating operational workflows, and ensuring reliable data flows across systems.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our omnichannel business (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target). This role partners with Marketing, eCommerce and Finance to translate data into insights that drive company growth and profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Deep-dive marketplace performance and identify key growth drivers.
Build actionable dashboards and analytical models for: Sales, margin, and profitability, Customer cohorts & LTV, SKU & portfolio performance, New product launch tracking
TikTok Shop performance analytics including: Funnel & conversion behavior, Creator / affiliate performance and ROI, Promotion & pricing impact, Repeat purchase / retention trends
Analyze drivers of growth & decline
Support retail performance tracking
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst.
Proficiency in data analytics software and tools (must have: Excel, Google sheets, SQL, Power BI; nice to have: Tableau, R, Python).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English: Upper intermediate).

• 4+ years in backend/performance engineering (Python and/or C++) with production services.

• Proven delivery of NIM- or Triton-based microservices behind REST/gRPC (autoscaling, rollout strategies, monitoring).
• Practical experience profiling and removing GPU bottlenecks (memory, kernels, launch configs, batching, concurrency).
• Strong system design skills (throughput/latency/SLA) and high code quality (tests, reviews, docs).

• Design, build, and operate NIM-powered microservices (LLM, Embeddings, Reranker, ASR/TTS, VLM) for product features.
• Optimize inference end-to-end – TensorRT-LLM engines, quantization, batching, concurrency, KV-cache, CUDA kernels where needed.
• Package & deploy via Triton + Kubernetes (Helm), set up GPU scheduling, MIG/MPS, canary/blue-green strategies.
• Expose stable APIs (REST/gRPC), versioning, auth/rate-limits; deliver SDK/client wrappers for internal teams.
• Instrument – metrics/logs/traces (Prometheus/Grafana/Otel), DCGM, alerts, SLOs, runbooks, cost/capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DS/Platform/Product on priorities, model choices, and integration paths; ship incrementally.
